Talent Description: This talent is a result of the years of seclusion that Richard had subjected himself to, training himself to what he thought would perfect him. Preferring speed over strength, he trained his body for reaction timing, emphasizing lean muscle over brawn. This allowed him to move even faster than his peers, giving him four more ranks of speed. Aside from his excessive focus on speed, and agility, he was also fascinated with the Kuro Kotogara that was known to him as a curse. He spent years upon years toying, and studying it properties, allowing him to make custom skills with it tailored, in some cases, in the same fashion as those of the elemental. However, it was more for his personal use. With his focus, and experimentation on his innate magical ability with the Kuro Kotogara, his energy reserves increased. { x1.5 }
Talent Weakness: Due to him focusing on speed, and forsaking strength in favor of simply out-maneuvering his opponents, Richard has lost all the strength that he once held bringing him down to a stat of zero. Along with the loss of his element due to the alienation of it, he is unable to perform a few skills that come with his class. { Namely; Air Trick, Black Out, Walking On Air } He is also restricted to only one summon.
How did the character get this talent?: Throughout countless years which spent in seclusion, way from all civilized nations, and settlements, Richard conditioned himself to his liking after becoming a cursed soul, focusing on what he knew, and his new ability like they were the gods of a religion.

you have a very unlikely chance of getting that here, especially when there's a rule that states nothing outside of bloodline skills can boost stats by more then two.

Being a trickster, you will need a cap for your speed if you want this even considered for approval. It's mostly because of the +4 to speed you want, even if you have 0 strength and no element from it.

Jack, I'm giving up Richard's strength, his element, three very good skills from his class, as well as two summons, just for x1.5 energy, and 4 ranks of speed. ( As well as creative freedom with the Kuro Kotogara, but I bet I could have done that anyway by just making bloodline skills.
Without this talent, Richard could reach 15 speed as a trickster at Sage rank, with it, 19 speed. The point of this talent is to make him the fastest person alive, as well as one of the weakest. I don't see a problem with his speed, since if he tried to punch someone, it would like being hit by a child.

des: I could see the energy boost, but your character already has the fastest class available. Adding even more to it would just be unfair, especially considering that there are other skills outside of a talent that can boost stats.

Other skills like what? Richard doesn't have any of those skills available to him. The point of his talent is to make him the fastest man alive, but also a sort of illusionist, hence the energy.

Talent Description: This talent allows Mercuzio to be able to transform into a Full Human.
Talent Weakness: While he is in this Human form his strength and speed revert to a basic 5/5. To do this though, he must use D rank energy.
How did the character get this talent?:Mercuzio required this talent through an unusual tattoo, that he was born with, on his arm. Somehow it allows him to transform into a Human.
Sample:
Mercuzio was walking around Kranila and was getting stared at. It was unusual to see a Draconian, especially in Kranila. He walked into a bathroom and closed the door behind himself. By using his energy he transformed into a Human. Mercuzio walked out of the restroom and went on his way, blending into the crowd. No one stared at him until he returned to his draconian appearance.

Talent Description:
Impure Rebirth
Zac wasn't brought back from the grave like a normal Feral. His resurrector was a Necromancer who had learned the ways of the Clerics of the Light. It was from this unusual union of light and dark, that a rare breed of Feral was born. Though Zac is still an Undead Feral, It is impossible to tell without looking at his stitches. Due to the mixture of light and dark energies, his body has taken on forms of a pure resurrection and an impure resurrection. His body is not rotting, so it doesnt give off the distinct odor that the feral are known for, allowing him to hide from sight without having to worry about being sniffed out, he still bears the stitches of where he has been pieced back together over the years, and he has all the other usual Feral traits. Pretty much, he appears to be a living body with Feral abilities, although he is still a Feral.
The Light and Dark magic union also gave Zac the ability to suture himself, and others with threads of energy that harden into normal threads. This has given him a skill that can be very handy in one on one combat, but it is not without fault. When Zac makes physical contact with his enemy, he can channel his energy into them and create these threads. Though the threads do not take on physical shape, they effectively cut off the opponent's nerves from the body, forcing them o be stunned until the skill is lifted. This may sound like an all powerful move, especially for a berserker, but Zac must first make, and maintain contact with the enemy. If he moves in the slightest, the energy flow is cut off and his opponent is free to move as they wish. The threads also take their toll on Zac's energy reserves. As he is essentially transferring energy into the body of his opponent to halt them, he is feeding them his energy. For each post this skill is maintained, Zac looses 25 energy, and his opponent gains 25 energy, making this only really useful when he knows he can win, or when in a 2 on 1 fight.

Must remain still for skill's use
Gives opponent energy while taking your own

Okay, I know full well that whoever made this guild will understand this simply by looking at the moon logo of the guild. It's essentially Dr. Stein's ability only with more drawbacks and I dont rot...you want an RP sample, watch the finale of the Madusa v Stein fight.
