As Luo walked up to the tower and opened the door, he sighed a bit to himself. Walking up the rather elaborate stairs to the Kazekage's office. As he knocked politely, Luo put his hands behind his back and waited patiently.

Waving at Serina as she left, Luo opened the door behind her. As he entered the elaborate office for the first time, Luo took notice of the elaborate setting before finally reaching the Kazekage. Bowing modestly to the man Luo raised his head to stare at him. "Pardon the interruption sir, I was just wondering if there were any genin level water scrolls in your possession, and if not who I might want to see about training under them to achieve those jutsu." Waiting patiently with a smile, Luo placed his hands behind his back as he waited for the man to respond.

Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi Tyson nodded his head, tossing another water scroll at Luo. After that, he watched as the clone walked in, and then towards Tyson. It handed the necklace to him, and sat on the chair, Tyson nodded his head and waved at Luo, dissapearing.
