Isaac shook Siom's hand with his own. "Thank you. The pleasure is mine!" he replied with a friendly smile. Kayla removed the letter from Isabelle's leg. Isabelle chirped once in greetings to Siom as she flew towards him and gently rubbed her head against his face affectionately.

"Oh I'm good, I'm just here for Ilyana." Shin-lu answered Graff. He seemed busy enough anyway so she decided to help. She got up and went to the kitchen and began helping him cook.
Ilyana took her steaks and went under the table so she could eat them away from Roy.

You'll never expect what you can't see...
((Interesting intro WMK, I'm not sure how to respond to it though... I don't fully know if you are even on the arena grounds yet.))
Siom continued to stare for a moment as the man held his hand, only to let go as the pheonix landed on his shoulder rubbing his cheek. He closed the eye nearest the bird, so not to be poked by feathers. he laughed a bit, "Well, hello to you too." Pulling his head aside to finally answer Graff, he called back, "One should be plenty for me!" Again, Siom turned back to Isaac, many questions were running through his head at such speeds he didn't know how to present them.
((I hope HL gets back soon.))

Kayla unrolled the letter, reading silently.

How have you been? I hope you're doing well. It's been a while since I've wrote to you, my dear Moondance. I look forward to hearing all about what you've been doing over at the Gladiator's arena. Graff see that Shin Lu has come to help him "thanks a lot Shin Lu... Ill pass you the steaks that are ready and you carry them to the guys, OK?, the kitchen isnt too big and we are going to be crashing around..." Graff picks two steaks with a knife and put them on the dishes, "here are two more Shin Lu..."

Roy quickly throws down a flame on his plate and munches down on his meal not noticing llyana went under the table and ignoring Siom, nothing would disturb his eating. As he quickly finished he noticed llyana and her plate/food were gone?! He didn't even see her leave? He looked around and was a bit scared realizing she was using some sort of magic yet again! Roy was a dumb lizard and hadn't found out she was under the table eating her meal. The only thing keeping Roy's nose from picking up the scent of her steaks was the burn ashes on the table, and the kitchen which was also were the steaks were coming from.

((oh joy...a non-punctuation user. This is going to be fun ))
Shin-lu nodded and took the steaks. "Yeah, we really ought to get a bigger kitchen.' She said as she went out into the lounge and put one in front of Siom and then looked around. "Ok, who else needs one?" She asked.
Ilyana didn't volunteer as now she was satisfied as she pushed her licked-clean plate out from under the table. She instead poked her head out and looked at the newcomer. "Empire?.." She turned her head to the side. "Like Daein empire? Begnion Empire?"
"Galactic Empire?" Shin-lu giggled as she set the steak on the bar counter and went back to help Graff.
Ilyana watched Josh listfully for a moment and then got out from under the table, probably scaring Roy, and then went and got a glass of juice. "So which empire?"

"It seems Isabelle likes you. She always does this when she greets people." Isaac said with a friendly smile. Isabelle chirped twice happily in reply. Kayla continued studying the letter her mother had sent, letting out a small, frustrated sigh. 'I wish I knew what she meant.' Kayla thought. *What's troubling you Kayla?* Mira sent in question. *My mother wrote that there's more to Shadow Beast's history. I get the feeling there's something about what he told me wasn't the whole truth.* Kayla sent back to Mira in reply. *She's right. I'll explain later.* Mira sent in reply. Isaac could sense Kayla's uncertainty. *Moondance, have you told anyone else about your condition?* Isaac sent to Kayla. *I've only told Siom. It's alright father, I trust him.* Kayla sent to her father in reply. *I see. Have you chosen your life-mate yet?* Isaac sent curiously. Kayla hesitated a bit. *Y-yes I have, but I'm not sure if he'll accept.* she sent back somewhat hesitantly.

Graff also takes a peek after hearing a guy shouting "Empire...? eek does exist an Empire...?" Graff smells that something is burning "... the steaks!!! gonk " goes back to turn them over "... well... who wants two well done...? more likely well burnt... gonk "

Roy would shocked to see llyana come from under the table. He was now convinced that she had put a spell on the table. As she left to get a glass of juice Roy would spin around out of his chair and throw his tail on the table which would shattered it. He would then pull back his tail and open his mouth to spit a good flame like a flamethrower on it. After he was done, he would walk away to find the two burnt steaks that Graff cooked.

Adeva held her staff up, taking the beating as much as possible. Her eyes raced around quickly, searching from something. Then, she noticed Darks legs. She looked up and saw that between strikes, she might just have enough time to swing at his legs. She bit her lower lip and took the next blow and right while he was raising his sword, she quickly swung her staff right at Darks ankles.

Graff hears heavy steps coming toward him "... dont need to be a genious to figure who is..." Graff go to the kitchen entrance and stands there with the burnt steaks on a dish "... dont dare to come here... the place is very small and the kitchen isnt even mine... I guess you come for the... charred steaks... right...?"
