Tao opened his eyes, only to find that he was still floating. He opened his mouth in shock, but he couldn't breathe. On top of that, he couldn't simply die, either. He simply felt the burning in his lungs as he attempted to breathe but was denied the oxygen his body craved so badly. Granted, his true body was breathing just fine, if not somewhat erratically.

Tao was about to give up, his heart not quite able to take the dual strain of icy cold water and perceived lack of oxygen, until he looked upward, noticing that there was a light at the top of the tube. He wasn't much of a swimmer, but desperation begot adrenaline, and soon Tao was swimming to the water's surface in an attempt to recapture a breath of air.

Giglamesh would pop his neck to each side, poping it violently, he woudl loom to the two of them now nearly silent and still, laying in broken shatterd soild wood desks. Reguardless they had shut up, and giglamesh could now attend to keiko. Giglamesh would walk out in to the hall way to her looking at her with a sort of glare, he could smell the kid that was with kei's grandmother on her the smell of after shave and lather he could never forget. ".....what did you mean by that?"

With an extremely loud and relieved cry, Tao broke up to the surface of the water, gasping for the air that he thought he needed even though that was as much a part of the illusion as anything else. The test tube seemed to rise up without limit, but at least now Tao could focus on trying to dispell the jutsu... at least as long as he could keep kicking...

Tao clasped his hands together, forming yet another hand sign and focusing his chakra with all of his ability. That ability was far, FAR from evolving into anything resembling a true ninja at this point, but even despite the illusion Tao's arrogance hadn't faded. He was at least better than his classmates, that was enough for him.

Tao felt the images, the sensations, the taunts, all of them fade for just an instant before returning again in full force. Still, Tao could feel that he was getting closer to getting out of this bizarre version of hell. All it really did was emphasize to Tao that the lab life wasn't for him. He was not going to be like most Jidouka, dying surrounded by test tubes. He wanted something better.

Suddenly metal tendrils would reach of form the black ice cold abyss wraping around him draggin him deep down in to the darkness wich was the water.

((edit: That would have been awfully scary if i hadn't just rolled a 20 smile ))
The test tube cracked, then shattered around Tao as he fell to the ground, surrounded by the dual roars of smashed glass and spilling water.
Back in the real world, Tao coughed as though he was really choking up mouthfuls of water, slowly rising to his feet as he rubbed his skull, vastly disoriented by his ordeal but no less happy that he'd made it out.
He looked over at the little boy (and his dog too) still writhing on the ground. He smirked... it wasn't the victory he'd preferred, but he was still first to dispell the jutsu all the same.

(damn you and you high rollers Tao)
Hiei was in intence pain, as the binding of the coraling metal twine increased, so did the pain. Baylonka wasn't looking good their. The pain was compleatly unbearable for the yound wolf.
" I'm sorry boy. this is all my falt. Just tring and focus threw the pain and we'll be ok I think. " he said with incouragement. He lie with his eyes closed, focusing the image of a white background with a small black gdot on it. he tried to picture the dot perfectly round, and swirling. Just like chakra symbals often showed. This was the way he had been taught to foucus chakra. baylonka joined him soon after, even as the blood loss caused him to fade in and out of thought very swiftly.

After a long while of foucus, the two finaly came together and broke fee of the genjutsu. Hiei, now laying on the floor under a desk, was shakeing all over. though the spikes from the wire were not real, the lasting affect on his body was unbearable still. his body ached as he reached for his poor pet whoms was tring to limp over to him. He wraped up Bay in his arms and part of his jacket, and said " I know i was a bit out of line sensei, but you could have been a little easyer about punishment. Baylonka's shakeing. Is it possibal for a genjutsu to physicly hurt someone? or something? " he asked, wanting to make sure that his wolfs leg would be ok.

"Genjutsu is only a mental effect and while you perceive it and it feels real to the body it is only metal no damage is doen to the physcial body, even if the genjutsu is broken pain can still remain but that only under the sircumstance of one belives what the saw truly happend, but eventualy the body will realise it hassent recived damage." Giglamesh was standing in the hall and he would look at his pocket watch for something, it was time. Giglamehs would go to the cafeteria and bring back several boxes of decotartions and such placeing them inside the class room. He was preparing for something but it was unknown what.

Giglamesh would begin to place thing around the room, before stoping and looking at tao.....pauseing for a seocn before putting cone shaped party hat on him and continuing about placeing decorations. Out of the box it would incredible even though he didnt specalize in ranged combat it was as if he did, he woudl throw tacs with streamers attack for simngle point close to the room entrance around the room putting it in place with ease, upper clas shinobi could probaly do also but to the students it would seem somthign special. He was decorating with many shiney multicolorfull things, implying it was a birthday for somebody it was still unknown whom though. One thing was certian though, giglamesh was taking this very serisouly, there for if any around him did not they would be ina world of pain.

Tao just stared ahead for a few moments, looking confused in his sunglasses and pointy party hat. He then assumed Gig-Sensei's exact same stoic mannerisms, rummaging through his pack before retrieving the Jidouka-designed "Facilitates the Ease of Use-Bake Oven", which was sort of like a real oven except smaller and powered by a light bulb. With all the reverance usually reserved for gods, Tao removed some eggs from the mini-fridge, as well as some milk, and opened a few individual packets of some kind of condensed dough. He proceeded to mix the contents together with only a cursory knowledge of how that was supposed to be done, and began to bake cookies.
One at a time, of couse.

Keiko came back into the room, she looked at Gig and then at all of the things that he had done. She was into it and all but with her birthdays being so hellish she didn't really see a point to it. Giglamesh had told her earlier to suck it up and be a good sport about it, and that she should be happy. She sat down at the desk and sighed, "Meh Gig, why so many things?! It's not like the older ones are going to notice." She lay her head down on the desk, "It's just going to be more cleaning up!" As Keiko complained she couldn't help but feel that someone was watching them. She took a breath and sat there...
