I'm back - she's pretty groggy and exhausted, overall 'out of it.' We headed home for awhile and we'll be going back later. She's doing fine though - the surgery went well and if everything goes well, she'll come home tomorrow.

That's great news! ^^
Hopefully she'll come home tomorrow.
Oh, and Ama's went home a while ago. So now it's just me alone, dreading the hand cramp I know I'll receive tomorrow!

    *laughs*
I'm so excited - I got the dog tags! *dances* I'm going to wear them on my avi until my brother returns from Afghanistan next year.
Why hand cramps?

Awww.. That's so sweet! ^^
Hand cramps, because we got a Norwegian tentam (a test that lasts all day) tomorrow. And I know, that I'll write about 16 pages by eleven o'clock, like I've always done. stare
So yes, I'm going to have tremendous hand cramps tomorrow. Oh, and I'm gonna send you a link to a oneshot fanfic that you simply must read! wink

Yes, I thought you would!
Mmmh.. Perhaps you could change it for a few days? Just to give us a sneak peak on your upcoming avatar!
And how do you like my fiery one?
Oh, and are the two of us trying to beat the Gryffindor common room in the quantity of posts, single handily? Because it seems so, as little as the rest of the house talks.
But as long as we beat them, I'm happy! biggrin

Sorry for the unannounced MIA - we went to go visit my mom again! She's doing good, tired but good. We wanted to bring her pillow and blanket so she has some measure of home.
I think we are - we're chatting back and forth AND playing the "Would you rather" game together! xd
You still up?

Ah, that's okay! I would send a get well card to you to give to your mother, but it would be kind of problematic.. sweatdrop
And of course I'm still up! You expect me to be asleep at three AM, when I got a tentamen tomorrow, and have to shower, and still reach the buss? O.o
And yes, we're just awesome that way. Single handily keeping up conversations, and all that. It's the awesomeest it can get! :O

She'll appreciate the sentiment, I'm sure! smile
You're not going to sleep at all? What all do you need to do to get ready - or are you going to stay up and chat with me? xd
Yes, we're awesome. Woohoo!

Actually, I forgot to go to sleep. And I don't see any point in sleeping for two hours. I'll just wind up being more tired than if I never went to sleep at all.
And yes, I'll stay up and talk to you! biggrin
I don't need preparing. We get some tasks to chose from, and we're gonna write a short story based on what the task says.
We got New Norwegian as well though. Which sucks, since I *loath* New Norwegian. The grammar, the spelling.. *everything*.
And since we no longer has New Norwegian and Norwegian separated, I'm afraid that it'll affect my grade! gonk
Though hopefully, we'll still get a Norwegian and New Norwegian grade separately.

There's a new language and an old one? What is the difference?
Whoo, we get to chat (it's only 9pm here)! I hope you aren't too tired tomorrow!

Actually, "New Norwegian" is the older one.. It was an attempt to "Norwegianize" the language after the Union with Denmark ended.
It's only spoken and written in the west part of the country. And then I mean at the south end of the land. It's the only part of Norway wide enough to have a West and Eastern part.. sweatdrop
You have a lot of a's in it, compared to normal Norwegian. Also, they bend words in different ways.
Normally, in "Bok mål", you bend it "En gutt, Gutten, Gutter, Guttene" (Gutt = Boy), "Ei jente, Jenten, Jenter, Jentene" (Jente = Girl), and "Et bur, buret, bur, burene" (Bur = Cage)
(When you say "En" or "Ein", it's male. When you say "Ei" it's female. When you say "Et" or "Eit" it's neutral.
In New Norwegian, it's bent "Ein Gutt, Gutten, Guttar, Guttane", "Ei jente, Jenta, Jenter, Jentene" and I don't really remember how you bend the "it" form in New Norwegian.. sweatdrop
And I I doubt I'll be tired in my tomorrow! Remember, your tomorrow is now my day. x3

Well that confuses me - but I'm not really familiar with Norwegian! >_<
That's true - how is your today going? Maybe I'll get an idea of how my tomorrow is going!

Yeah, it's confusing me, so it must be Greek to you! :O
...Or Norwegian to you..?
*coughs*
Anywho.
At the moment, my day is... cold. I'm freezing my toes off! I think they'll turn into ice blocks, and fall off soon! ...Then I could hide them in someones bed... *cackles evilly*
errr... Your day tomorrow is gonna be cold, it seem. At least, you'll be freezing on your feet at night! :O
Oh, and I had the strangest dream on Sunday - Monday night..
I knew that we were gonna have the English Tentam that day, but I weren't going, because I was sick..
So I dreamt that me and Ama, were late for school. It was dark out. We'd walked, and were cold. And then one of our teacher came out, and said that we were gonna shop on the store. So, we went inside the school, and for some reason, it was the same as the inside of my primary school, only with a couch in it!
And so, I laid down on the couch, and Ama went upstairs to talked to the teacher. She said that Ama couldn't go and shop at the store today, because she had tentamen, and was already to late.
But that I could go, because I wasn't going to take it, because I was ill.. Even though I was still at the school..
And then Ama told her that she had lost her shoes! And that she had to find them again! And I told the teacher that I'd also lost one of my shoes, and I couldn't go without it, because then my sock would get all muddy.
We then started searching for mine and Ama's shoes.
When I woke up, I found out that I'd kicked off one of my socks in my sleep, ironically enough, on the same foot that I lacked a shoe in my dream! I think that's why I dreamt I'd lost my shoe!
All in all, a strange dream indeed! lol

Whoa, that is an odd dream.. But interesting!
I love those interesting dreams - I don't really remember my dreams if I have them. The last one I remember having was where I got married... but I don't remember who I got married to!
