Trae the Wolf that was 3 losses with that team T.T and arc fought it before espeon learned morning sun T.T ...I forget, how early did I send out Garchomp when I fought you that time?

It's a nifty little item, that when held by a female pikachu/raichu, will allow the baby Pichu to know the attack volt tackle. Also, I think the light ball boosts special defense? or was it special attack?
