Wantcookie Owwin Wantcookie I fear for Nepeta, though... And implied-vampire-Kanaya has me severely interested... There's something about the terror I feel from Gamzee, too, that's elevated him to one of my favorite characters. Oh yeah Nepeta is ********. She is worthless to the plot, has never talked to the kids, and was only really around for her dynamic with Equius. Yeah she is done for. I can only hope Gamzee kills her in a way half as cool as the way Bec Noir killed her. As Hussie himself put it: If you were to look up "Expendable Character" on Wikipedia, you would see a picture of Nepeta batting around a ball of yarn on the cutesy fashion possible. But then again, Hussie does like to play around with his readers... Hussie: If I have not portrayed myself as capable of leaving Nepeta the only character alive at the end of Homestuck, then I have clearly not done my job correctly. So honestly, there's no real way to say. xd Personally, I believe Nepeta will die in some other fashion than by Gamzee. Or she'll become a key role in saving what's left of the Trolls and their world. razz

I think a lot of the people on the MSPA forums hold Hussie to this super standard that he isn't. Really his writing is okay, and his art is okay, but the format is the best thing. It isn't a comic, it isn't just writing. His text, panels, and animations are all used at the right moments.
