A while ago my mother threw away my favourite pair without telling me. D;
'elfy - They're okay, my pair has a thin strap around the ankle to help steady your feet when you walk. I can practically skip around in them. xD

Then imagine 50% of all Australians wearing them at summer time. blaugh Even if you're able to skip around in them, I'll bet your ankles and feet get really sore after walking around in them for a long time.
