Remus remained standing. "Well I certainly hope you're right." He shook himself even though he was dry. "Quite a bit has been going on. I'm being tormented by my old teacher, Dorien wants my head. Seth's changed sides. It's quite the mess. Seriously, someone should write a book."

As soon as she stood up, she began to move though not comepletely trustworthy on how fast she could go as of yet. Good thing she started off walking., "Let's go, if you don't want any 'earth-shattering conflicts' then we'll have to hurry. When you brough tme here, wasn't there a battle about to start?"

Lina looked up at the darkening sky and couldn't take staying in Obsidian's bubble anymore. She touched the wall, place some of the power of Light into the darkness, creating a rift within the bubble. It would slowly close, so she was pretty sure that Kanna would soon escape as well, but that didn't matter. Not after she saw Troden's red aura. The same as the one that Kanna had over her a few moments ago...

"In being given the tool? No, that is not why he is nothing to me. It is the fact that he acted upon it, that brands him as a traitor. No one who truly believes in the Cuase would think about even for a moment helping the Lotus and the others out." he stood up upon the cloud, his eyes glowing slightly as he said, "Perhaps you do not realize that everyone has a darker side. Maybe that is why you think I am possessed."
He grinned, backing towards the edge, "I have finally awaken from this strange dream of trying to be polite about the way things are handled. You all shall see and feel just how powerful the Sulla Way can be!" his red aura appeared over him once again as he jumped from the cloud, sending the last of the powers needed into the blades. The sky darkened as Troden's aura grew brighter and yet the could look on his face remained the same. She watched him for a moment then abruptly started laughing. She looked him which set her in another more desperate fit of the giggles, "No one get to destroy this city but me. If I have to eat you to make you keep your hands off then so be it." She lifted her hands and simply let herself go. Power like a shockwave exploded out from her body and she sighed, closing her eyes. The material that grabbed Troden exploded upwards in a column of dark, frenetic energy and formed itself to look like the head of a snake-like dragon. It pulled itself out of her, wings forming and it settled on the air, it's coils surroundign them both. Smaller tendrils started leaking from Obsidian's body, seeping over the cloud and touching the buildings first. As soon as the power touched something it started to eat away at it, a few buildings started to crumble. ((There....Obsidian let loose her control....everyone have fun!))

Remus's ears caught the sound of cracking steel and concrete. He turned to the city and stared in awe. He watched as the massive shadow snake formed and then as the buildings on the far side of the city began crumbling. He muttered under his breath. "Just once..."

As Kanna slipped out of the bubble, she witnessed snake form just as Troden landed by her side. She closed her eyes and raised her hands, not even bothering to look as her blades came to her hand and returned to their original fanned form.
Tara, stood still as she watched from a nearby rooftop a snake eating the side of a building, "Oh no.."
Tien sighed, and folded his arms, and looked at Merlin, "So...I guess now would be a good time to make a mass truce eh?"

Jack would have bristled if he had fur. Instinctively, he grabbed Tara and pulled her close, walking backwards, "Someone is pissed..." He murmered unhappily.
Obsidian tracked Troden's movements, turning and following, her huge dragon created out of chaos energy moved under her and she perched upon it and rode along, her dark eyes fixed on the swords and dozen snakes stopped what they were doing and shot towards the swords, a new meal.
Merlin nodded, "That would be prudent." She replied to Tien.

Rikku followed Remus's gaze towards the city. Looking back at him in curiosity she asked. "What is that?"

"Believe me Rikku, I wish I knew. I'm pretty sure it's not a good thing though. C'mon." Remus pulled the double bladed sword from it's place on his back and began heading towards the city. "We've got to find the others and figure out what the hell is going on here."

Tara began backing away as well, gulping slightly, "I think we should get down from this roof..."
Kanna narrowed her eyes before placing her fans in the compartments of her sleeves and moving backwards, but the wound had left her even more weakened than the spell did and she nearly fell to the ground once again.
Troden caught her and quickly backed up, carrying her now, "A truce you say?" he spat on the ground, but he knew the sense in what they said. It would be the only change they good even attempt survive this, "Very well..."
Tien blinked, not believing his ears.

Her eyes narrowed on Troden, "Why are you running? This is what you wanted isn't it? This is what you sacraficed your friendship with Seth for, isn't it?" She snarled angrily, "Stay and watch the demise of the city you loath so much. Sulla Way..." She spat that last part out as if it tasted foul. The serpants wrapped around teh swords, tangling in them and the swords started to deterioate and then they vanished all together, "A nice big crater, then you can rebuild, wont that be nice?" She laughed now.
He nodded leaping away from the serpents, now carrying Tara. He found the others and landed near them, "Someone mind explaining to me what's going on?" He rumbled.
Merlin looked at Troden as well then at Jack, "The young woman there, she's upset." she understated, "I think Troden can give us some details on that."

Cara stopped moving as she saw the snakes and how fast they were eating into the building, "Crap.." she murmured, now using this time to run towards the others. She definitely would need her sword for this mess.

"I agree.." Lina said as she heard both Merlin and Troden's statements. Even though she hated being even associated with the Rajen Leader, the danger Obsidian now posed to the city was enough to forget it...for now.

The ground disrupted underneath Seth as tendrils of Obsidian's chaos wrapped around him, swallowing him. He appeared on the dragon behind Obsidian. She turned and smiled at him, "You'll get a much better view from up here." She purred. Her voice was multitoned, not sounding like her own at all and her dark eyes were no longer black but kept shifting color.

"Foolish as always," Troden said, gently placing Kanna in Tien's hands, "Why destroy the place comepletely when blood can fill the streets instead? What would create a bigger impact of fear and anger among vampiric and human beings alike than to see the once great Signet City bleeding?" he lifted into the air, ignoring the others as he watched Seth land behind the crazed woman. A cold smirk appeared on his face after that, "Just as I thought..."

Seth looked into Obsidian's eyes as her voice ringed into his ears. What had happened to her since he was...detained? He looked around him, seeing the growing destruction and falling upon Troden. It didn't take long for him to realize he was a big part of this problem.
"Obsidian.." he said calmly, his darkblue eyes serious as he moved closer to her, "What has happened?"
