So he accepted a few guild applications? Seriously, ANY OTHER CREW WOULD HAVE DONE IT IF HE HADNT! What part of that do you NOT UNDERSTAND. Are you mentally challenged? I mean, according to this someone was accepting applications after anyway, so the member you appointed as temp captain took it upon herself to demote all the crew to prevent it. She didn’t ask. So it is YOUR fault and YOU didn’t up hold YOUR end of the ‘rules’. You have failed to remain unbiased, so you should be quitting the guild really. That IS what you said you would do… Isn’t it? I wasn't feeding Pish anything. I didn't even contact her regarding DG's actions. Jackie was the one that took it upon herself to compile the evidence and send it to Pish. You were not here for the first Election, so please do not start this argument. There is no point. I am not mentally challenged, and it upsets me that you would stoop to the level of name calling. The person who invited the I-kuns was removed from the guild. I have said that. He was not exempt from the rules, and neither is DG. I also had NOTHING to do with Pish being appointed as Captain... I was not even online during the last couple days of the vote because I did not want to be. That is neither my fault or my doing, and I did remain unbiased... you know that Kage is a friend of mine? He agreed to leave, because he respected the rules. No one here is being exempted from them. Please stop villainizing me. Ohhh I see, so DG's OPPONENT sent the member captain the evidence. That makes it SO MUCH BETTER. God, do you not see what is wrong with that? It’s fine because I didn’t do it, but Jackie, who clearly wants the guild, would be Anti DG getting the guild, feeding her what would be one side of a STUPID story. Ferregar. Listen VERY closely. This is your last chance for redemption in my eyes. If DG had not accepted the invites of those two people to the guild, SOMEONE ELSE WOULD HAVE. It makes NO ******** DIFFERENCE. Also, I was around the first election. You clearly have NO CLUE when it comes to the members of your guild. Also, if he was trying to cheat do you REALLY think he would ADMIT to accepting the invitations of TWO people? REALLY? If you don’t want your mental acuity questioned, then stop being so pig headed and blind. It is unbecoming. You stop being a villain and we will stop casting you as such. You and your little DG hate brigade are idiots. Give the man the damn position. He won it fair and square no matter how you slice the damn cake. He wasn’t the only one accepting applications,. You keep ignoring what I am saying. I was only doing the job given to me. I am not blind to what's going on. I read every detail you provide. I was not opposed to him being Captain. I've said so multiple times, but it's my JOB to uphold the rules that were written. The rule itself says nothing about whether or not the Nominee's intention is to cheat or sway the vote. Its says they are not allowed from inviting anyone, meant in the fullest sense of the word, to or into the guild during the election. If I recall correctly, you were one of the individuals that was invited in the middle of the first election. Perhaps that is incorrect. I apologize for saying you were not present for the first election. Please realize that the machine I use at work has all images disabled. You have to realize that I don't have the free time to stalk all of our members, and you've not made any attempt to talk to me before this moment. As I imagine you won't again because you have made up your mind about me, despite not knowing me, and will not take my word for anything. I am not a villain, I am not pushing for anything, and I have no agenda here. I am walking away from this. If you've made up your mind about me, then that is very unfortunate.

A vague reference to the join request log does NOT make it a valid part of the rule. I was NEVER invited. I found this guild and asked to join. Ask Mayvine, he was the one that accepted me. Accepting a request is in no way shape or form the same as inviting someone. This is clearly a set up. It would be easy enough to get around the rule of inviting people. It would have been easy for DG to not say anything about accepting the invites but he chose to be honest, as he always has been as far as I can see. You choosing to avoid the tail end of the election shows how very little you care about the outcome and the future of this guild. You were meant to watch over it every step of the way, that was your job. You have CLEARLY failed in that regard. So, step down and get out as you said you would in regards to failure in your task. If evidence was provided to the Member captain it should be revealed to everyone in the guild, so we can see just what Jackie is spoon feeding to manpish. This is not a fair system, where DG was not allowed to defend his case. All evidence is circumstantial. If there is no intent to cheat, there is no crime. He may have performed the actus reus, but he did not entertain the Mens Rea. Therefore you cannot prosecute a case against him and persecuting him for it makes you, Jackie and manpish villains. And makes this whole affair look suspiciously like a set up. Oh yes, go ahead, walk away, you are amazingly pathetic. Walk away from your task again. Get out of here Ferregar. You failed at your assigned task.

Look, let's just take a minute here. Everyone is heated. Everyone is mad. Obviously we all know what we want. But let's just take a minute and breathe here. I am not saying ignore the issue, I'm saying physically relax and take a break for maybe the next 5 hours.
It's a Friday. And while this whole ordeal is as flimsy and ill-built as a beggars shack, I for one just don't want to keep logging onto to Gaia and getting notices about quotes... Because for some odd reason, every time someone quotes, I get a notice. <_ >
