[EDIT] Before the DawnFirebrand TavernFeimurgan This is a Cafe, but I imagine it has worked just as well as a bar in the past. I think there's one located in the actual Stadium itself.

Incoming Transmission. . .I believe we should have an invite thread, where people can post Usernames for the mods to invite to th guild, but they person who is making saaid suggestion of potential members must provide an extract or sample from one of their posts to show their level of RP and whether they are trully worthy of joining the guild. ^^

i'm just a random wulf but i'm gonna say "nah" since it seems like work for something we already have a roundabout solution to.
typically if a person is in the guild and is respected-- they don't have to be top tier super liked but they just have to be not disliked-- and they say "hey, this person's cool and i was telling them about levi, mind throwing them an invite?" then as far as i know, an invite will be thrown.
contacting a mod directly about people who may be good to get in may also prove a faster way of getting things done because i don't know about the others, but i can't see myself checking that thread too much and pming people with "someone said you were cool, are you cool?"
there's also the fact that i like seeing if a person can read the rules by posting an rp sample [not a link to one] when they request to join. there's something about this suggestion pretty much circumventing the currently used application process, but i can't get my mind around it.
it's a suggestion thread. anybody else got input?

I have a suggestion.
Bring back the fighting ranking system that gets reset like once every year. I remember when fights would be scheduled then recorded to mods who then record it as either a win, loss, or draw.

My Guild Suggestions
Suggestion 1
Thread Idea : Utilizing the Pirates Port
Brief Layout and Overview
Name/Location: The Port of Doubloon
Notable Areas: The Docks, The Canonade Bar and Inn, Sea Dog's - Arms for the Scourge, Whirlpool Wakes, Tempest Cove, The Islands of The Albatross Gang, The Band of Red and Lord Lexington Hood.
Lesser Establishments: The White Sand Circle - Fights for the many, The Gallows, Castle Lexington, Williams Bargain ShipTrade, Doctor Oc's Alchemist Shop and Apothecary, Jacksons Airships.
Climate: Tropical, Warm Rains throughout the island between 3 and 5 times a week. Though Scarce, farming grounds are found sporadically throughout the islands edge and center. An abundance of tropical fruits, foods and spices (among other island flora) can be found along the coastal areas. Sea Birds and Sea Lions are among the local population of fauna. Land Dwellers, such as Wild Boars and Domestic Bovine are also a common site on the island.
People: Doubloon Island is a Pirates Paradise, laden with all types of buccaneers, scalawags and bandits that decided to flee the mainland for their crimes against the humanity.
Outside of the port, gentle farmers and traveling merchants choose to settle down in the semi-fertile areas for farming and a slow life of happiness. Many farm dwellings on the outskirts are attacked and plundered for their food and supplies, and some of them even killed for their lands by the bandits.
On the Island of Lord Lexington Hood stands the only protection these people have. Soldiers and Mercenaries hired by the Grand Admiral and Lord Hood patrol the coastal waters and give out voluntary protection to the farmers of Doubloon Island. Most of them are chivalrous, despite certain higher officers having a sense of corruption and greed among their attitudes. Like all military governments, nothing is perfect.
Economy: Trade Economy, High Fluctuation
