"Yes, girl, it means I will continue to accompany you." Arralan smirked a little as he patted Ayumi's head. "You and your ilk attract too much attention- dangerous attention- for me to leave you be." He chuckled, walking towards the water with Rin. Upon spotting the random, strange man who had somehow mysteriously appeared and began fishing the demigod out, he paused. "Well, I guess that man has a handle on the situation..."

Rin looked at Arralan. "Was that suppose to be funny?" She asked. "So if this guy has a 'handle on this situation', I'm guessing there's nothing for us to do, right?" Rin asked, quoting Arralan's statement. She then placed her arms behind her head again and waited to see how this will unfold, again. 'Ok, I'm guessing after this I might as well leave. I don't feel comfortable traveling with these people.' Rin planned in her head, knowing she would have to get away while everyone was distracted or something like that.

Ayumi smild. "...I guess thanks?" Then she looked at the lake. "...B-But." She ran to the lake, then stopped next to it. "F-For Korosu." She tried to step back but something in her didn't let it. "...You can't! Help him!" New voices screamed in her head. "Let me think!" Ayumi yelled. She started thinking, she sighed. "Fine." She walked to the new stranger and Asura. "...He can't be the bad guy." She looked at Asura.

Suddenly, a stream of bluish purple lightning spiraled from the sky. A column of pure energy, spinning and revolving and twisting and BLAM! It hit the ground, blowing a chunk of earth in all directions and leaving a large, smoking crater. From this scorched pockmark in the earth came a man- dressed in finest black silk with golden trimmings, skin a ghastly pale, eyes sunken and hollowed, black hair swept back and tidy despite the wild ride. He'd have been a rather attractive man, if not for the fact that just the sight of him would send a chill down even the most powerful God's spine. This man, this... Thing, it was a monster. And this monster with a charming smile was walking right towards the group. The grass at his feet wilted as he approached, and as he came closer a thin blue aura-like outline was clearly visible to all. It was thickest around his sword, which was sheathed on his side. His charming smile became more of a haughty smirk as he came upon them, observing them all with cold, calculating eyes. "Why... Hello." His voice was a whisper of death itself, smooth and pleasing to the ear yet laced with venom so lethal that even just the sound of his voice threatened to penetrate their very souls.

"Quite right. Not a thing we can..." He paused, dumbstruck by the phenomenon before him- a massive atmoshpereical discharge, like a bolt of lightning the size of a tornado, streamed down from the heavens and blew a gaping hole in the face of the earth. And from that hole crawled... What was that? It looked like a man, but Arralan had never seen anyone or anyTHING with such power. The magical currents themselves lent their flow to him, coursing through and around him, dancing delicately with this monster. Arralan took a step back despite himself, and stayed silent as the man greeted them. He was honestly scared, and rightfully so- this man, this thing... It was terrifying.

Ayumi looked at the new starenger. "A new one?" She sighed then she stared at the new man more carefully. "...B-But this one scares me..." She hided behind Arralan. "See? I told you that you get in more trouble when you travel wih us." She was schacking with her tail between her knees.

Seth stared at the man who had just arrived and walked slowly over to him, not knowing the man he decided that it was best for him not to attack but to observe and see what exactly this man's intentions were. Seth was definitely not at ease given the entrance of the man and how he looked but thought that it was best to just to not judge a person by their appearance so he tried to give a friendly smile to the man "Hello." He said calmly as he preparing himself if, infact the man was indeed evil, like he seemed.

Rin looked at the new figures and just stared at him, then looked back towards Asura's situation, clearly ignoring the man, then sighed. "What the hell do you want?" She asked the man in her usual cocky tone, not bothering to even glance at him. 'This is the kind of stuff I'm talking about. More people. I can see what Korosu means, and I barely know her.' Rin thought.

Arralan faked a grin, nodding as Ayumi took cover behind him. "Trouble is my middle name. Not really, my middle name is actually N'iLawa... But trouble is always more fun than doing nothing." He chuckled, frowning as Seth approached the being. "What are you doing? Can't you see how powerful he is?! Get back, he'll kill you!"
The mysterious man laughed at that, throwing his head back- it was a chilling sound, a deep, throaty noise that almost didn't seem to originate from him. "You don't trust me?" The man asked curiously, grinning widely- revealing a full set of incredibly sharp teeth. "Probably for the best. Well, you don't have to worry about me killing you. That would be silly- how would I feed from you if you were already dead? Oh, no. That wouldn't do at all," he said, smirking. "I much prefer... Playing with my food." He laughed again, stepping towards the group. "How convenient for me- a new arrival only minutes in, and I get a welcoming committee... And a five-course meal."

Seth scratched his head and sighed "I'm not stupid I can smell that he is definitely powerful, I just want to see what he planned to do and now thy I know, I am not going to let anyone be this guy's food if I can help it!" Seth said angrily as he got infront of the group and pulled out his sword then poined the blade directly at the man.

Rin rolled her eyes and stepped infront of Seth. "Congratulations. Would you like an award?" She said, still in her cocky tone, now looking at the man. "Pathetic. Go find other fools to 'play' with. We're tired of freaks like you bothering us." Clearly Rin wasn't thinking before she spoke, but at the moment she didn't care. Rin was speaking her mind, even though what she said could get her killed, she shrugged it off.

Ayumi looked at Seth. "What you think you're doing mister?" She said in a angry tone. "You think Korosu would let you fight? Tsh I guess not." She walked not scared anymore next to Seth. "So if you will fight, Korosu will try to protect you and you know I can't let her to get hurt so..." She took out her not really used sword. "If you fight I fight too. I can' let him hurt any of my friends." She slightly smiled.

The man laughed absurdly at the sword, as if the man had brandished a toothpick to threaten him with. He smiled again, shaking his head. "You probably taste as bad as you smell, flesh-wise. Don't mind the teeth, they're mostly for show... I find the taste of human flesh is quite unappetizing. I much prefer the inner machinations of that lovely little organ betwixt those rather large ears of yours." He laughed again, still practically ignoring the sword. "Don't bother with the pathetic threats, the failing intimidation... You could not possibly begin to comprehend my motivation. There is nothing you can do to bring me harm, let alone dissuade me from feeding upon you."

Korosu looked over at the others, and so did Kimyona. "I wonder what's going on over there." Kimyona said and Korosu nodded. "Same." Kimyona then noticed the man with Asura. "Hey I think I'll go catch up with Asura and that other one." Kimyona said before running after the demigods. Korosu stood up and began walking towards the group. By the time she was there she was standing beside Rin and facing Seth, Ayumi, and Arralan. "What's going on?"
