Shina giggled. "If he isn't careful, someone will catch him instead of letting him mooch food! Won't be me though, I've already caught my darling. Right before the Raikou showed up, I caught a shiny recessive Eevee!" Shina told the other female. "Want to see?" she asked, eager to show off.

There, a scent he had recognized from that night, it was the scent he had stolen the berry dessert from. "Kou" he bounded his way towards Shina before. "Rai" He seemed cautious though to approach for there was another with her that he hadn't smelled before. A new human perhaps.

"Oh, how darling!" Cetus cooed. "I would love to see it. While we're on the talk of new additions . . . " She waved a hand to the feline warming the back of her neck. "This is Schemali. She was once my father's Pokemon before he passed. Say hello, dear."
Schemali raised her head, fluttered her magenta lids open for a moment, than closed them indefinitely. That was the best Shina would receive as a salutations.

((Yeah, that's no problem at all))
Shikari wasn't feeling too well, so she wasn't paying too much attention to what was going on around her. It was probably just a bad cold, but it was enough to make her pretty much numb to the proceedings. Chiyo had stayed near her when the Raikou appeared, and was now likewise looking out for her. Shikari couldn't help but think that was awfully sweet; the roles now were reversed. She dozed off again with Chiyo tucked snugly under her arm.

Genesis made her way to the edge of Howling Woods, a backpack slung over one shoulder and a zubat clinging to the other. She had just reached her home when she got a message saying she had to return close to the very forest she had left, and her features did well to express her annoyance. She quickly hid them when she caught sight of her partner, however, whom she recognized by the Archen on his person, and approached him from behind.
"Glad you found him," she suddenly commented without greeting, eying the Pokémon. Then, with a smile, "Recognize me?"
She had changed her appearance since they had last seen one another, with a brown wig and brown contacts, coupled with common traveling gear, turning her into another easily forgettable face. Since their mission had been so vague, she guessed they would be searching for a while, and had dressed and packed appropriately.
But before he could answer, she found her eyes drawn to a rapidly approaching dust cloud. She had not noticed it before from the direction she had come and, with a nudge, she signaled for her Zubat to investigate.
Atlas, drawing himself up with the gravity of a man about to set off on a life-long, life-changing journey, left the comforts of his perch to do as he was bid.

And unexpectedly, the Raikou caught up with the caravan. Oki was instantly on the alert and positioned himself quite near Anise. Felix was at attention too, remembering last time, and this time Halcyon was flying near enough to be called over for assistance. Anise wasn't sure that would be necessary, though; the pokemon seemed more eager to see them than prone to violence.

Sperra, as usual, was stressed all to hell. They had been walking for a while and she had smelled other humans. Usually she would be happy because then someone else could watch her charges for a while... but this was a lot of humans, and large groups of humans meant trouble to her. That and the cry of a Raikou in the distance. They were close enough to see the camp. They seemed to be ordinary, nice people... but Sperra didn't trust them. Not one bit. Not when the Raikou walked up to them, like it knew them! That was suspicious, like hell was she letting her charges near them.
Delah and Jan had other ideas. Delah managed the food and money and other things that needed managing because Sperra was a pokemon and her brother's head was always in the clouds, so someone needed to, and also because in every pretend game she played, she was always the manager or head person, and she thought she was good at it. So she knew they were low on food. People meant food, and if she asked nicely they might let her have some. They seemed like nice people, and food was important. She dusted off her sundress and approached them, giving the Raikou a bit of a berth. “'scuse me, Can I join you?” she asked, holding out a hand in greeting. “My name's Delah, and this..” she gestured to the Electrike who, seeing her walking right 'into danger' lunged forward to her side, “is Sperra. My brother Jan is somewhere.” She looked around for him.
Jan crouched at a nearby tree, sketching like a madman. The raikou was beautiful and graceful and the people were so friendly... he had to sketch it. It was a better scene than any flower he had seen all day! He loved it here, he wished they had traveled here before,... it had great scenery! He wished he had more time to color it, but what keeped happening is that he would finish a sketch and then, just as he started to get the water colors out, ANOTHER thing caught his attention that he would need to sketch! So many things, such a pretty world.

Doyle paused in his walking when he heard the now familiar voice. "Yeah it was a pain to find him." He commented before turning to look at his partner. She did look different with the brown hair and eyes. It was a good disguise save for her voice. Her voice would give her away to him unless she got a voice changer. "Only your voice. Dead give away." He replied, "I don't use disguises.... suppose you could save this is one."
He then noticed the Zubat and raised an eyebrow. "New one already?" He then saw her signal it to go fly towards the dust cloud. He stared at it for a moment with a frown. Then his hands were digging into his main bag for something. He quickly pulled out binoculars, ones that were high tech that some Rockets got. He had mysteriously acquired them back when he first joined the team. He put them up to his eyes and focused on the dust cloud. There were a lot of trainers many on bikes and others on pokemon.
He was surveying the group when he saw the legendary dog approaching on of the trainer. "A Raikou?!" He gasped. He quickly handed the binoculars to Genesis. "Are you here to look out for an escaped experiment too? Or is that just me? And do you think that Raikou is it?"
Ark paused when Doyle did and looked back to see the human from the last mission. She narrowed her eyes expecting to see the annoying Rattata. When all she saw was the Zubat she relaxed a little.

Like a village idiot standing aside and poking their eye with an icepick, Cetus stood aside and observed her surroundings. The valley was a low cut formation under the crest of some unknown mountains. It was wedged within the rocky cliffs like a doorstop, filled to the brim with colorful flora that waved their little leaves with the awkward draft that breezed through and escaped between the crack in the high center of the valley. There were Meowth here. Too much, actually, and they were just as playful; some were rolling around in the flowers as if it was the first time they saw the damn things and others were pawing in streams for nonexistent baby Feebas or Magikarp.
If the experiment was around, it was surely a lovely place to stop and visit. Hell, it was a great place to stay. If Cetus happened to magically one day poof into a Pokemon, the Seatance Valley would be the first place she'd go. Thankfully, that didn't happen. And maybe never would. Hopefully. She sighed. Such a childish thought made her crave a cigarette. Can't smoke here though. One flick of heated ash could send the entire crevasse up in flames. Not that she wouldn't mind that one bit, might even smoke out the Mewtwo.
Than, there were them.
Children.
Children.
Children.
And, y'know, it wasn't though preteens who were skipping their way into high school with hormones shoved up their butts. No, no, it was children. Young things . . . With high pitched voices . . . and curiousness . . . and Arceus, it was children. The thirty-five year old just stood there, clutching her wrists together, and feeling the slight on and off pressure of her Purrloin breathing around her neck. Cetus'll need a lot of patience today.
What's-her-face-a-thing (a.k.a. the older human female with the green hair) had chased her from the caravan, tracking her for a number of weeks without fail. The Mewtwo had managed to conceal herself every time, hoping to throw the woman off, but wherever she fled the human was right behind her, saying very bad words to the heavens and puffing at those smelly sticks every so little while. After romping around in the plains, the Mewtwo finally found herself at a dead end in the place-with-a-lot-of-smelly-flowers. What's-her-face-a-thing had managed to even find her here too. It was the reason why she was hiding, even when she wanted to hello to Shina and give her a big hug. It was because she was there. Why couldn't she even leave her alone?

Shina gave into the inevitable. The caravan had just sort of smushed to a halt, and it was nearly midday. "Okay, we'll break for lunch," she called.
Eyeing the far too hopeful Raikou, she made a snap decision. "You want food? Fine. I'll feed you if you agree to carry supplies," Shina told the Raikou firmly. "If not, go away. I feed caravan members, not random moochers."
To the children, Shina smiled. "Hello, I'm Shina Kiremono, caravan leader. We're making our way across Zatao. Would you like to join us?"

"So I've noticed," Genesis replied, a small trace of her smile still visible. Then, with a frown, "And don't think I'd have done all this, just to forget my voice."
She nodded an affirmative at his next question, then watched with small curiosity as he took a closer look at the dust cloud. His exclamation startled her, and when he offered the binoculars to her, she gladly took it.
"Yeah, and it could be," she said after she had a good, long look at what exactly they were up against. "It's not everyday you see such a strangely colored Pokémon, and a legendary at that. He doesn't seem to be wary of people like most wild-bred Pokémon, either," she mused aloud. "It looks worth checking out; we can use my Zubat as an excuse to approach the group."
Returning the binoculars back to their rightful owner, she made one last check of her disguise and said, "Call me Eliza when we go. Should I call you something else, too?"
((Pfff omg, I keep forgetting this is just their second mission together. I had to cut out a lot of poo jokes (and joking in particular), just to stay IC. ;C -SHOT-))

Doyle raised an eyebrow at Genesis. "If you say so." He replied. If she said she had something for her voice he'd take her word for it. He took the binoculars back and put them back in his bag. "Well then let us go and check it out. Shall be interesting to see if this the one we're after or just a bonus. Could you imagine if we somehow captured that Raikou and it wasn't the experiment. Wonder what kind of bonus they'd give us." He said growing serious and thinking about it. Maybe some better jobs would be assigned if they captured the Raikou.
"Eliza. Right. Nope I'm Doyle. If I have you call me something else around them and Alexa showed up, I'd be busted." He said. He made sure Archie was settled on his shoulders and signaled to Ark. "Well then lets go Gen...er Eliza." The new name was going to take some getting used to. He was then walking towards the caravan with Ark just ahead of him.
((XD Good job Ryuu!))

"It'd be their own fault if we got the wrong one, for being so vague," Genesis commented, but she didn't doubt they'd still be rewarded if they came back with the Raikou, regardless of whether it was their intention or now. It was their luck that they had come upon it so soon, and she only hoped it wouldn't take advantage of its speed to get away before they could get their hands on it.
"That would be troublesome," she said with a nod. "Doyle it is, then."
Her expression changed to one of feigned worry when they set off, and she quickened her steps and cast her head about, as if in search of something.
Atlas had made his way to the caravan on silent wings, hiding where he could as he had been taught so that he wouldn't be seen. It wasn't the easiest of tasks when one had no concept of sight, but he fared well with echolocation alone.
His mission was going well thusfar, but an unusual development confused him. He hadn't thought his trainer would come herself, and, as he had only just recently been caught, he had no idea what she'd have liked him to do.
Flying from the shade that concealed him, he proceeded to make his way over to the group where he had been told to go and roosted on some poor suspecting person's head. There, he gravely stood sentry and awaited his trainer's approach.

Keria's mouth twitched in amusement as the Raiko came back; it looked like her musings from before where right. Hearing Shina call for lunch she got off her bike and started to move closer to the caravan leader to see if she wanted any help with the food preparations, hearing the sound of beating wings she started to tilt her head up to take a look when she felt her head get heavier apparently whatever it was had landed on her hat.
Voltron climbed down from the bike’s basket and moved closer to the Raiko, once he was close he called a small greeting before looking back at Keria and noticing the zubat on her hat. He’d have to keep an eye on the new comer it could easily be a villain as could the Raiko but it seemed all right for the moment.

A small snort escaped the Raikou. He never worked, but it did involve food. The Shiny Raikou seemed to think it over a bit before the large creature gave a slight nod with its head. "Rai!" The taste of the berry dessert he had from them seemed to have hooked him onto their cooking.
