The doctor had stepped out of the room and returned with some papers. "She's just fine. Winter is only experiencing some symptoms a little earlier than most." The doctor smiled and Winter smiled back before getting up and nudging Daniel gently to wake him.

Daniel jumped "the answer is 25 sir" he said sleeply looking around. "what is going on now" he asked

Winter said gently, "It just means the child will come faster than a human child would." The doctor nodded, as if saying her description was correct.

daniel stood up quickly "thats not good at all really. i think the others will try to kill it before the night is out. they can see the stomach now" he said pointing to it

Winter frowned and put both hands over her stomach, shielding the child from harm. The doctor looked horrified but quickly composed herself. "Sir, the child isn't expected to com for a month at the least." Winter nodded.

"still they will not let it happen. if she has aa child then everything breaks lose, better for her to stay in our room till she has the child. that way no harm will come to her or the child"

Winter and the doctor sighed at the same time. She smiled and said gently, "If it makes you feel better Daniel then I will."

Daniel jerked a bit as he looked at her "i'm just saying it. you don't have to. seems all i do to try to make you happy or protect you is boring for you" he said. He left the room and headed outside grabbing his sweater on his way.

Winter stood and followed him out and wraped her arms around him from behind. "Daniel... Just being with you makes me all happy. I'm always happy around you. I'm sorry if I angered you honey."

daniel moved from her hug "just go back inside and do what you want from now on. i am done trying to help people and then them takeing my ideas and mock me" he spoke. he then bolted running pulling his sweater on.

Winter reached out her hand to try and stop him but he was already out of her reach. She felt a hand on her shoulder and looked up at Anna. She shook her head as if noting Daniel needed some time alone. Winter nodded saddly and went up to her room and felt the tears graze her cheeks. "I mess everything up..."

daniel stopped in a near by town as he walked around kicking the ground once in a while. He stopped at a bar and drank for quiet a while.
