(Yes but unlike that I know that even with a ban-kai a lieutenant is not likely to beat a captain when the captain is fully trying so.)

(I haven't used Bankai at all yet, though I plan to use it when an Arrancar appears. Since my character is only a lieutenant her bankai isn't that strong compared to a captain's.)
Misaki was about to use bakudo 61, but with Kyo in the way she couldn't for the fear that the spell would target him instead of Xistund. "Well at least Xistund can't see now due to Taicho's shikai." she said waiting for the right moment to strike. She was weary of Kyo's bankai as well wondering why he would need to use it.

"Captain Bakura I would ask that you move out of the way" Kyo said as he stood there looking to Xistund. In his heart he knew he was still not likely stronger then Xistund but he wanted to find out and this was a rare occasion to where they could both go all out.
(I just want to see before Xistund tries to escape if kyo's stronger ^_^. Tho I doubt it he can make it harder for him to escape like I want hopefully. )

((Actually yes, in can affect a small area, I don't know about measurements, but it would be roughly the same area as Rukia's first dance on Sode no Shirayuki, but Bakura can make it smaller for individual targets.))
"Aw, don't cry, it's all right." Sakyu said and scooped up the smaller captain and held him in her arms as if he were a child, well technically he was.
Bakura had been standing to the left of Xistund when he had slashed, then he turned to see Kyo's Bankai. He's been working hard, but he's not going to get a chance to use it today. Bakura thought with a sigh. "Sorry Kyo, but I'm not going to allow you, should Xistund prove difficult in the future I'm sure you'll get a chance, but not today, now sheathe your sword or I will make you." Bakura said sternly, using Shunpo to change location again, this time he was in front of Xistund, Bakura hoped having a Captain in the way would dissuade Kyo from attacking. Kyo was still within Tsukikgae's range, all Bakura had to do was expand the shadow, the problem was getting Sakyu and Haku out of it without letting onto it's limitation. Then again he could just use Bakudo 61 but there was no guarantee it would fully work on Kyo.
((Oh and Shining, sorry if I'm being a douche here, I'm just doing mah job. Plus this makes it a little easier for Xistund to escape and increases the drama.))

"Tch you already know the consequences of killing another captain" Kyo said not attacking but pointing his sword towards Xistund. "Without this chance I won't likely get another one" he growled tightening his grip on the blade as he looked at Bakura. Moving himself back a bit with a quick shunpo kyo judged the distance between Bakura and himself. If he got into the range of Tsukikgae he would likely not be able to do a good deal.
Standing there Kyo simply watched Bakura letting what he was saying sink in after awhile. Even if his words were true kyo was not wanting to simply leave there fight off. "Tch" he muttered turning his sword as he slowly sheathed it the black flames surrounding him slowly started to fade away until not but a few flickers stayed on his shoulders. The wings on his back had vanished fully.
(So tempted to do a shunpo to kick Xistund away from the shadow ^_^)

Haku snuggled against Sakyu after she picked him up; closing his eyes. He pulled his thumb out of his mouth and said in a sigh, "I love you momma," despite knowing that Sakyu was of no relation to him at all. He felt safe in those arms, and that was what prompted him to say what he did.

Xistund hearing the conversation going on Xistund lifted his foot and increasing his energy stamped it down to brake the floor under him and to kick up dirt to cause a bit of confusion and Xistund blindly ran out his sword sheathed and his shoulder out running Like a football player would charging into walls to brake through them

Zekuyama watched from the sidelines, this wasn't interesting anymore. He was bored, so he stood from his spot and began to walk off.

Sakyu only smiled as she held the child. She didn't mind the comment, after all Haku was only a kid, and he probably didn't have any family at all. Suddenly Xistund kicked up a large cloud of dust and Sakyu turned to shield the younger Captain from it, knowing it would only make him cry again.
"Xistund you little..." Bakura growled as the rogue captain ran out of Tsukikage's shadow. "Extend the Shadow Tsukikage!" Bakura said, hoping to catch Xistund before he could get away.
((It'd be so funny if Xistund ran away from Bakura only to hit a wall. xd ))

Haku snuggled a little more and his breathing slowed. Within moments he was asleep. For an instant an image was flashed into Sakyu's mind. An image of a cute and cuddly centipede the size of a man standing inside the gates of a themepark.

The image only remained long enough for the centipede to ask, "What are you doing trespassing here?" Then it was gone and haku was snuggling again, though still asleep. He didn't really know what was going on, but he was dreaming of walking with both his adopted father and mother: the head captain and sakyu. He wasn't walking though, he was sitting on the head captains shoulders, and sakyu was walking beside them. They were in the world of the living, wearing human clothes, and they were in an amusement park. They went on rides and ate cotton candy. This entire dream was somehow transfered for a fraction of a second into Sakyu's mind; giving her an in depth look at Haku's dreams, and at the one thing he wanted in life but never ever thought about.

Sakyu was amazed at what she had just seen. So all he wants is a family, but he considers the Head Captain as a father figure and me as a mother figure, am I ready for a role like that? Sakyu thought to herself, absentmindedly shooting a worried look over to Bakura, he seemed to have almost everything under control. She could hear him yell at Misaki to cast the Kido she was going to use.
