"Few minutes," Chris called from his spot in front of the grill. He could hear the whole house even from there, it was almost scary how good his hearing was. In fact, had he been blind, it would most likely be totally unnoticeable on account of him being able to picture everything accurately in his mind based on sound.

Dystra heard Chris call. She thought to Yasuo, Will you come set the table for me please? She carried the sides to the dining table and went back to get beverages to sit out.

"He will." She looked in the kitchen. "Me too." Yasuo came running down. "Comming." He ran in the kitchen and started to set the table. "Great in his child mood again." Yuki thought

Dystra nodded, "Thanks Yasuo." she said as she grabbed a few glasses from the cabinet.

Chris walked in with the steaks piled on a plate. "I didn't know what everyone wanted, so I cooked most of them medium rare. The one with the bite taken out is mine," he added, setting the plate down on the table. "If we need more, I'll be happy to cook them."

"Your welcome Dystra." He set the table. "Chris you could have asked us......but its not like you care." Yasuo walked out of the kitchen, he walked over and patted Steven on the back. He smiled and walked off back to his room. "I think he was in his happy mood.....not to sure" Yuki was puzzled by how Yasuo is acting.

"Or you could've gotten up off your lazy a** and told me, but it's not like you have working legs or anything," Chris muttered sarcastically, giving Yasuo a very convincing death-glare. But he shook it off after a moment, and gave a slight smile as he sat down at the table.

Dystra watched Yasuo leave with a not-to-pleased expression. He had such mood swings sometimes....He was probably up to something. She would figure it out later. For now, she brought the glasses out to the table and set the drinks out for people to pour themselves what they wanted. She ignored Chris's sarcastic remark as she said, "Alright let's eat." she said and sat down at the table.

Steven walked into the dining room behind Yuki, "Looks delicious." he said and pulled out Yuki's seat for her and let her sit down before sitting down himself. The food did look good, even the steaks.

"Ok" Yuki smiled and sat down. She thought to Yasuo. "Time to eat." Yasuo get his headphones and went to the kitchen. He sat down and put them in.

Chris took a bite, and grinned. "My compliments to the chef," he said, and chuckled to himself. "Oh, wait a minute."

Dystra smiled at Yuki and Steven before she laughed at Chris, "Smart-elic." she teased as she took a bite, "Actually very good Chris. Thank you again for cooking." she smiled and looked up at Yasuo, but didn't say anything.
Steven smiled at Yuki then began eating. He wasn't exactly sure what to say, so he kept himself quiet as he ate his food. It was actually very good.

Yasuo just looked at his plate and ate what was on it. Yuki looked at Yasuo then started to eat. "Not bad Chris." Yasuo turned up his music to drown them out.

"I'm glad you all enjoy it," he said, nodding as he dabbed his mouth with a napkin. His steak had mysteriously disappeared, and he plucked another from the plate on the table and slapped it down in front of him. He hadn't eaten any salad yet, mostly because he was in a meaty mood. After all, he was naturally a carnivore... And although hunting would have been ridiculously fun and fulfilling to his instincts, he was at least half civilized. Or at least, he tried to act like it.

Dystra smiled as she saw Yuki and Steven enjoying the meal. She finished her steak, it was actually very good. She agreed with Yuki when she told Chris it was good. Dystra saw that Chris hadn't eaten any salad, well she really wasn't expecting him too. She took a sip of her drink and glanced down at Yasuo. She wondered exactly what was going through his mind. She didn't ask. She would talk to him later.
Steven finished his meal and looked at his watch, "Oh, um, I have to go. I forgot I have to close up the shop tonight." he said as he stood up from the table, "Thank you for the meal, and excuse me for leaving. Uh, Yuki. Will you walk me out?" he asked with a small smile.
