Sid blinked and his expresson changed to one of mock confussion, "The brig? What ever have I done to deserve a stay in the brig? Surely your captain has final say in such matters. I have done nothing wrong."
Jak couldn't stand it anymore. She came out from behind Diablo and walked straight at Sid. She grabed hold of his jacket and jerked him down to her level. "You are an unwelcome guest aboard this ship Captain and you will speck with respect when addressing any member of this crew. You where the one who taught me what happens to trespassers, remember? Be thankful the Captain isn't as cruel as you where." She snarled at him.
Sid blinked at her, "I swear on my father that I mean you no harm...Jak."
Jak let him go and stared at him. She turned away from him before saying, "You're father was a thousand times the man you will ever be Sid. Have a fun time rotting down below!"

El Diablo Loco had a feeling that this was his cue to take Sid down to the brig. He grabbed one of Sid's arms and hooked it behind his back, he said to him "If you don't want your arm broken, you'll so as I say, Senor."
He pushed Sid forward, but kept a hold of his arm while walking him down the corridor.

Jak watched them dissappear down below. She unwilling gave Kat a withering look before dissappearing down below herself. She headed back to Diablo's room and curled up on his bed, deep in the covers. 'Why is he here? What does he want? Why now?! I just found a piece of happiness...why does he have to ruin it now?!'
Sid allowed himself to pushed along by El Diablo Loco. He wouldn't fight him...yet. For the time being he would do as he is told and then when the moment was right, he'd take his revenge on the man at his back. 'She's mine! I will end you...you just don't know it yet!' His mind turned back to the other eason he was on the ship. 'Where the hell was Spyre?'

Once in the brig, El Diablo Loco shoved Sid into one of the empty cells and then slammed the door shut and locked it, "Get comfy, Hermano. You'll be in there throughout the whole trip." He smirked, then started to leave the brig. As he was making his way, he thought of how upset Jak was; He didn't like seeing her so upset. One thing that confused him was the history she and Sid had. Diablo thought, 'Geez, what was she thinking going with that guy. I'm more good-looking than he is- I'm hot.' As soon as Diablo got to the door, he turned and he said, "Oh. . . and if you harrass my Jak anymore, I will shoot you."

Sid grinned at him. "Your Jak? Brother, you're nothing to a girl like her. What, you think you know Jaklyn Morgana because you've ******** a couple times? HA!" He pressed his face to the bars. "She's just as bad as I am if not worse. There's a reason why we made it together for so long...We're one in the same. Birds of a feather, each one trying their best to out crazy the other. She's just better at hiding it then I am." he leaned away from the bars. "Get her angry enough and you'll see what I mean." He laughed. "Or ******** her the right way...she can't help but show her true colors if she really likes what you're doing."

El Diablo Loco stopped dead in his tracks. His jaw clenched and he turned around, ". . . Don't you. . ever. . . talk like that about her. . Ever. . ."
Diablo couldn't believe what he was hearing, and for a moment he believed it. But when he remembered what Jak told him. . he paused. He slowly made his way over to the cell, and he stared right into Sid's eyes. Letting out a 'Hm', he said, "And listen to you. . drunken mad man, sitting behind bars and talking your basura. . ." He shook his head out of shame, "I feel sorry for you. . I really do. I realize you're only saying these things because you don't have her and I do- I mean, look at you. Obviously you lost her for a reason," Diablo folded his arms over his bare chest "And I think I know why you lost her. And you know what? You don't intimidate me. You don't scare me. I am better than you in every single way." Diablo shrugged, and now he was bored with Sid, "Anyway, pendejo, I'm going off to sleep next to my girl." Diablo put a big smile on his face then walked out of the brig.
Once getting back to his room, Jak was already under the blankets. He wasn't sure if she was asleep or not, but if she was he would crawl in quietly so he wouldn't disturb her. Diablo couldn't help but feel disturbed about what Sid said about her. If it was true, then he was willing to risk finding out himself. If it wasn't, then Sid was a liar and there was nothing to worry about. . . still, Diablo wanted to make sure.

Jak poked her head out of the covers. The rest of her body remained in a curled ball deep under the covers. "You ok?" she asked softly. Her expression was all worry and concern. "He didn't try anything on you....did he?"

El Diablo Loco shrugged and he said, "Things were said, but they were things a desperate man would say," he shrugged again, then lied down so that he was on his back looking at his cieling, "Anyway, tomorrow tell the crew not to feed him. If he's hungry, he can eat the dirt from Alberto's boots. I don't care." He wasn't about to tell Jak what was said. Actually, he was going to ask Jak a few things. . . but he felt it best to keep quiet for a little while.

Kat thought about going back to bed, but something came over her and she couldn't help but go down to the brig and talk to the mysterious man.
"Sid right?" she began... "The little red headed floozy has quite a temper huh? And Diablo.. well, he would jump off the ship if she would ask him. I apologize on behalf of the rest of the crew, and because I cannot do anything to help you out, without getting myself into more trouble..."

Sid smiled lazily at the woman on the other side of the bars, turning on what little charm he could dispite his drunken state. "Don't worry about it sweetheart. I thank you for the apology. What's a lovely woman like you doing on a ship with people like that Diablo character and the ever psychotic Jaklyn Morgana? A lovely thing like you should be given all the things she desires from a handsome gentlemen caller. Not working with a second rate blue rogue crew" He leaned back against the wall, his coat falling open slightly expossing his chest. He appeared not to have noticed.

"Well... my parents sort of disowned me, and I had to get out of my town, Diablo offered me a job, so I took it so I could get away." she looked away for a moment, then back at Sid. "There hasn't been any worthy gentlemen in my life, and those who got close... well I can't help myself but to rob them blind." she giggled... "Why would your crew kick you off your ship?"

Sid rolled his eyes and sighed, "They where orignally my father's crew. He died not too long ago and I guess I didn't live up to his name. Ever heard of Captain Emilio Eshowe? That's him. Great man he was...and I'm nothing like him." He sat up and his hair fell in his face. He brushed it away and continued. "See...I heard of this treasure map and they all got angry with me becuase I wouldn't tell them where the map was or about the treasure." His lazy smile returned. "I'll find a new crew so I'm not worried."

Sid's lazy smile twisted up into a grin, "Isn't that the case with everybody?" He chuckled low in his throat. "I hate to bother you for anything my dear but I was wondering if I might ask a tiny favor of you?"
