Aoi walked up towards the kage's tower, and sat down by the wall.... Good thing she took her patent with her, or she would of been quite bored.She cut open the explosion notes to get some of the gunpowder sealed inside, and put the capsules together quickly, as she slowly put her stuff away. Now; she was bored.

As events seemed to unfold in his office, Luo seemed to find himself shaking his head. Putting a hand up to signify the halting of Hatsuharu's speeach he muttered, "Quiet. She's not here to hurt anyone." As Luo mulled her words over in his head, he watched as his sannin walked in. "Great," Luo thought to himself as the man took a seat. Tensuo's seemingly constant problem with addressing any sort of political authority figures with an ounce of respect or even decency would reflect poorly on not only Luo, but his leadership as well. If by some strike of lightning, he and Tensuo began their game of verbal chess once more in her presence, it would perhaps taint the perception of Luo to the others. "My name is Luo Ushio, it certainly is kind of you to arrive and offer an alliance. May I ask what sort of a tough situation your village has run into to cause you to make the journey out here?"

Sosay sighed out as she thought things through. "Well Lou. If its okay for me to call you that. This time my village hasn't gotten anyone in the chuunin exams and where the village has two hosts, I'm scared of the other villages attacking ours and I need to make alliances so that my village doesn't get killed off. I love it and want to protect it with my life. It means everything to me, just like the alliances it has." she replied, talking in a sincere voice. Everything she spoke was the truth. She had started to fear that they may be put in a situation where they fight to the death, and she didn't want her village to go through that.

Aoi blew some hair out of her face. "I plan to start training as hard as possible, and get on as many missions as possible..." Aoi sighed, for she didnt want to miss the next chunin exams... Aoi nodded, as she seen Raiden's finger bleed. "Oh! You shouldnt do that... Put pressure on it..." Aoi said as she ripped the bottom of her shirt, and bandaged Raiden's finger. "There...." Aoi smiled as she finished, and she sat back down again. Sosay is taking a long time to finish her meeting.... I hope she's ok..... Aoi sighed, as she pulled out a book as she read about bloodlines again.
