Back at the hell outpost, those that were outside would notice actual grass had grown underneath their feet within the last few hours. No longer was the immediate vicinity a barren wasteland.
Suddenly, a bulge grew from the ground developing into a large flower revealing Kareru. She had gotten the sleep she needed and had been cultivating the soil during that time. Covering her mouth to stifle a yawn, the plant woman began inspecting her work.

Ramella noticed the foliage patch beginning to grow about Kaeru. She wondered what other great powers Kaeru had hidden. Ramella decided that she would go back to the outpost in a few minutes to check up on how Kaeru was doing.

 Aeis politely grabbed one of the appetizers. "I'll head out as well. Mainly came by to apologize for making you stay up. I guess I'll stop by in the morning or something. By your leave."He gives a formal salute since she was a higher rank than him and turned to Forenza. "The main topic will be about a fallen angel I know so nothing that would concern you, though your welcome to tag along if you want. Hmm, though we should also prepare for what will happen around Kilia as well."

Forenza nodded and curtsied to Reki, she didn't really like it when others were given ranks and labels but did so anyway.
'Have you any hostages from the hell outpost?' It was a question that intrigued her and was sudden, 'So that you could find out more about the fallen angel? She was the turquoise haired girl wasn't she?' Forenza quickly added.

Satisfied with her inspection, Kareru stretched her branch like arms into the air as she gazed towards the horizon. Soon, she would be able to feel the warmth of the sun's rays. For now, however, she was hungry. Not the typical sort of hunger others have, but a hunger for water. Searching the landscape brought little to be desired...after all, she had only recently changed the wasteland into something worthwhile so no animals would be over here just yet.
'I suppose I'll have to take her up on her offer.' Kareru thought to herself as she made her way into the outpost.

After one last breath from the treetop, Ramella began running the several leagues that lead to the outpost. The sun's rays were making the land hot but her vampire skin stayed as cool as ever. Ramella arrived within a few minutes.
'Is there anything you need?' Ramella asked suddenly, behind Kareru.

Hopeful Bliss After one last breath from the treetop, Ramella began running the several leagues that lead to the outpost. The sun's rays were making the land hot but her vampire skin stayed as cool as ever. Ramella arrived within a few minutes. 'Is there anything you need?' Ramella asked suddenly, behind Kareru. Kareru gave a smile as she turned to face Ramella. While sleeping in her underground state, the plant woman could only feel vibrations through the ground such as sound but she has no sight during this time. It made her curious what Ramella had been up to during this time, but she wasn't one to pry.
"Why yes, where do you keep the live animals? The empress made mention of them." she inquired of her little friend. Typical human food would do her no good since the nutrients within something long since dead would be few compared to something still alive.

Reki waved off their formal actions.
"You only need to be formal when in the presence of others where rank needs to be known. In my home there is no need. Returning tomorrow will be fine. I don't recall any orders from our general who is still out recruiting, so I'll be here teaching my trainees and keeping watch on Kilia, unless of course something unexpected should occur again."
She looked toward Kilia as she said this referring to the spike of power she had sent out, then turned toward Forenza to respond to her.
"I haven't been there and I haven't heard of any prisoners taken from there. I believe you and Aeis are the only ones to have seen it as yet. It wouldn't be wise to trust what a demon says whether the information was forced or not anyway. From what I can guess, She was probably..."
A yawn escapes her.
"Probably found and saw another opportunity to be blindly helpful to someone. I expect her to not be a threat to us knowingly but the longer she is around demons the more she will change in order to survive. Whatever the case may be the first part of it is my reasoning for my actions against her and then what to do about her."
Reki yawns again shortly after finishing. It was late and she had had a difficult day. She did almost die in her fight against Sere after all. Faye looked toward Reki with concern while Rina and Rena talked amongst themselves.
"So since neither of you are staying I'll see you in the morning."
She nodded toward them, waiting for a response, before sitting in her chair and grabbing one of the snacks that Kilia hadn't gotten to yet.
"This way."
Faye lead Forenza and Aeis to the door and outside.
"Please don't keep Miss Reki waiting next time. It makes our tasks harder."
She closed it and went to the table to wait since she had already prepared the bed Kilia.

'The live animals are for those who have different diets than others. We also use them for our banquets.' Ramella said remembering the recent banquet.
'I am new here aswell so there may be even more uses for them such as spells or whatnot.' They didn't have many but there would most likely be some more scattered across the desert which Ramella could round up if her mistress wished it to be so.

"Well my diet is rather unique..." replied Kareru slightly miffed that her question was derailed and answered as if they were off limits. After all, she wanted to know where they were, not what they were for. Even so, she kept a smile on her face.

'I'm sure they are available for you. I think they are a little further away from the outpost, would you like me to you to them? Ramella made a mental note to find any of the animals which Kareru would eat. She wasn't sure if the mistress would mind.

Ramella walked briskly in a north-westedly direction. It was almost the exact opposite way which Kareru had come from. They kept walking straight onwards until they turned right sharply into what seemed like a collapsed mine. The floor was littered with broken boards and large stones made it hard to get in. Ramella could just about stand upright whilst at the peak pf the large boulders but she was quite petite. Ramella wondered how Kareru was doing. Below them was what seemed to be a very dimly lit cavern. It's only light source being an oil lamp and a fast diminishing campfire.

(No of the others seem to be posting really. crying And two of my friends have sent in profiles but haven't gotten a response for a while.)
As they walked away from the outpost, a scowl spread slowly across her lips. It was directed to anyone, but she felt that she could have just found some random creature herself if they were going to leave the outpost like this. When the two of them reached the cave, Kareru sighed to relieve her tension before her body began to twist and contort out of her humanoid form in order to traverse the cavern. To those that would see her, she was merely a mass of tentacle like roots currently.
