Harker lucked big time
'thank god for cover....' he thought to him self.
his scoop was covered in paint. harker never came so close to loseing before and now he was ticked.'If that was a real round she would be dead... it would have cut right through!' he desided played dead... for now...
then he felt the burn...
"F@%#!!!" it was just a small amount of the paint but the burn was strait to his head it would be only a few moments till he would pass out.
He grabbed his BR-55 aimed ant the tower and opened up and wasted the clip on where spartan hid.... was it enough? harker didn't know he was out cold.

Liz ducked as shots rang out over head. "Jeezus! You just won't stay down, will you?" She cried out. She looked up and unloaded the entire reloaded clip on Harker's face. "And stay down!" She took out her magnums and jumped down from the tower, but she was surprised when her left leg gave out from beneath her. "Nice shot Harker, you got my left leg. If you can hear me right now, that is."

harker was going in and out feeling a little light headed from the spray off the scoop but was satisfied, he was getting his wind back.... but then he saw it...
"Ohhhhh hell...."
the rounds hit him right in the head the pain hurt almost as much as the plasma hit he took in the back derring his first run with the covenet. he lived because of his back plate but it burned right in and sent him in shock, this felt way better...
and still hurt like a.... well something that really hurt.
Harker grit his teeth.
'so thats why I should use the helmet...'
with that he blacked out

Liz limped around the corner. Her leg was getting better, but only just so. 'Something's not right. Where is he?' Liz thought, looking around the corner, her left magnum pointing in the direction that she was looking.

"Now that's just cheating!" Liz said, checking the satelite workings on her backup laptop. "Alpha, cancel that feed." "Yes mam." Alpha said, the hackied the feed and showed a different picture, one of Iraq. "Trace located. He's in the general store." "Thank you, Alpha." Liz said, then rushed to the building and threw in a flash bang.

Harker started to Dream, memory of the past, how lucky he was. He had only been hit 3 times but this dream was of his first run in with the covenant. he was posted on a planet that was only used as a research facility. Harker and his platoon was part of the garrison Alpha Squad was the best that the Commander Baker had. so when A german Captain came with a ONI spook and said that renegades had landed. Alpha Was sent out to see what was up....
thing was.... this was before every one knew The UNSC was at war with Aliens from far away.

Liz caught the grenade before it hit the ground, so that it wouldn't go off. 'Thank you Spartan training.' She thought to herself. "Too bad, I win." Twi said, then threw the grenade at Johnson's feet. It went off when it hit the floor, stunning him where he stood.

Anderson said. "Alright, it does seem a little unfair that our fire power out numbers yours. You all must make an assault on the town and we must make sure that the church doesn't fall. And make sure that Harker doesn't try to stun the aliens, Ace." Liz said. "Yes, mam." He replied.
