@Kage: Well they will let you if you can find an upper ranked ninja to take your. Or they might give you special permission to if you can't. XD One of my ninja's went to Takumi to build his puppet but needed to have a higher rank with me.
@Night: Yeah. Can't wait to actually use it. Training is a bit of a pain because none of the moves are super complex by themselves, but of course as you get up in rank, you have to do more posts, so it's a little hard coming up with stuff. XD

@Night: Yeah after I get this next tech trained, I'm going to have Kenta get a latter telling him it's almost time for the chuunin exams and send him over to the festival. Kenta has a lot of moves to call on so hopefully I can do good and make it through.

Fox: Yeah, I'm glad I don't have to do all that for my characters xP though the experience would be fun~ My Cat Sage is just to busy at the moment and Eclipse, is just Eclipse.

@Night: lol. I didn't sign my second character up but at the time, I wasn't expecting this big of a gap between the sign up and the exams. At the time of signup he had like no jutsu learned and it would have been hard getting two characters ready.
