Okay, so I'm in the charity forumn about to make a thread for the most expensive quest on gaia (meaning my new quest) when this 'black magical gift box' thing pops up. I've never heard of a black magical gift box, so I click it and open it and everything, and I get a platnum halo. It doesn't even wear like a halo, though. It makes you face all freaky and gives you an omnious cloud behind you.

OH MY GODS I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST DID THAT. Here's what I did. In a PM to Fleep, Lucca Okay. So I'm finally getting the courage to ask this of one of the Gaia insiders. I'm afraid I already know what the answer's going to be... but I know that I have a 0% chance of getting a "yes" if I don't ask at all. You're probably not even the person to ask - you're just the least intimidating. All right... the question. Do you know if Gaia is hiring new item designers? I can't believe I'm doing this. I'm so nervous I feel sick.I ask because a) I've wished I could create real items for the Gaia stores and events for a very long time, and b) other people have told me constantly that I should ask you guys for a job, largely because of the angelic and nitemare wings I have made for Gaian avatars. Here are a few of my best jobs, to prove that I might actually be worth my salt, and not just some kid in it for the ego trip. You might recognize a few of the characters:    All of the designs posted fit into the 120x150 space that a real Gaia avatar needs to fit into. All except the second, which I re-posed myself and third, which was, of course, originally Johnny Gambino, not only fit into the 120x150 space but fit into that space without nudging the avatar skin (meaning that the items drawn onto the avatars could conceivably be made real), meaning I can work within that constraint. If you do reply to this, I thank you, and if you don't, I understand. Likewise, a "we're not hiring anyone right now" answer won't disappoint me much, since nothing will have changed. And if you're not the person to ask about whether or not Gaia could use more artists, I'm sorry for bothering you - again, I just found you the least intimidating. I'm not asking you for a job, only if you know whether I have a snowball's chance in hell. Thanks for reading this far.
