All right. Since I haven't gotten any formal complaints about any member inparticular, save one or two problems that have been taken care of, I would like to remind you why I am here. If you have any problems, come talk to me. Nothing will be solved by people cluttering up the OOC thread with arguments.
If you have a problem with a member, send me a PM or contact me through AIM/MSN. This will be a much faster way of figuring things out rather than having two people yell at each other through this thread. Personally, I don't want to lose members because they think that all we do is argue. That is not what this guild is for.
JarJar- I have recieved hints of complaints about you, but I have NOT recieved anything formal. Because of this, I am unable to do anything about it. If you guys are unhappy in any way with the guild, contact me, Val, or any other crew members. Nothing can be done if you don't tell us about it.
Sure, I could be a tyrant and just ban a few people and solve the problem that way, but I don't really want to. I think that you guys decide what to do with the guild, I simply have the authority to make it happen. If you want something done, then you have to come to me and tell me why, when and how we go about doing it.
Let me say this one more time. If you have a problem with anyone in the guild, be it a member, crew member or even me, then come talk to me. We'll work something out and maybe everyone'll be a little more understanding of each other.
Phew, now that that's all said, I have to make sure that Gaia doesn't eat my post! I don't want to lose ANY guild members as I think that every single one of you is an amazing writer with incredible creativity and ability and I want this place to be as friendly and accepting as it was when I first joined. Please, I need you guys to help me make this happen!

Dear God, you two! @_@; Did you not listen to a word she just said? This is not the place for your bickering. If you're so determined to have a catfight, take it somewhere else, please? Put up a debate thread somewhere in the forums, or take it off Gaia altogether. I'm not going to make any comment on the actual argument, since I've got no intention of getting stuck in the middle of this one... but the fight's not worth dominating this thread over.

It's been about the last page and a half that I haven't seen ANYTHING but bickering. IT NEEDS TO STOP! The OOC thread is for people to talk about things unrelated to roleplay, not to fight with each other.
Yes, yes, I know that is ALSO unrelated to roleplay, but that is simply not the same.
If you do not stop, I will have no choice but to lock the OOC thread. That's something none of us want.

My posts have been deleted to remove clutter and nonsense, and I offer my apologies, I'd felt I'd held my tongue long enough, so I went a little overboard in the matter. As I said (or rather deleted), I take full responsibility for my words, and I stand by that statement, so further disciplinary action is yours to take as you (or any other officer) see fit. On a lighter note, I'm pretty sure that getting your favorite RP character ever drawn is awesome. One of my friends drew Zilden (from Blue Moon) because she so adored the character (as do I, he's the best character I've ever dreamt up). I'd show you here but I don't think any of my image links work, and the photobucket URL doesn't seem to work anywhere....so uhm, lemme sum up.....Ish secksi Ish Secksi ....Oh hooray! It's working now! The pancakes in his hand because the story with which he was introduced to the artist (a fellow Gaian and dear friend, whom for now shall remain anonymous) involved Zilden trying to defuse a bomb but only being able to think about a delicious recipie for pancakes. She thought the idea was hilarious . stare

Qwee~! That's so awesome! Do you know what medium she used? It doesn't look like CG, but I'm really no expert....
EDIT:
*steals Yo Landa's diagnosis* Markers? My friend uses those.... *strictly a Photoshop color-er, herself. Mostly because she's not good enough to use anything else* xd sweatdrop

What startles me is how accurately that matches that the image of Zilden I had in my head. His clothes are a little more metrosexual than anything Zilly would wear, and I think (I should've described it in his profile, but never did) he also has emo glasses in my head for some random reason, but physically, he basically looks exactly like I'd imagined. I heart the picture
Edit: As a sidenote, yes, the picture was done with Prismacolor markers that are starting to near the end of their life. Not that I mind, but it was mentioned to me, so I thought I'd pass it on
