I have 12XP and so far I haven't got my a** bitten. I was looking around and sadly most places were heavily barricated so I had to turn back to my base of operations lol. At least not only it is barricated a bit but it has some high level people hiding in it.

Forgot to mention apparently I entered a barricaded room that was housing a PK'er so now I'm dead as well. sad

I think I'm getting sick, I have a sore throat and don't feel too energetic. I can still kick someone's a** if I need to so I'm not weak yet, just less energetic. I could still f... you know LOL.

On a totally different note, has anybody heard of The Reserve Bank of Gaia ? I'm thinking of depositing some gold with them. Considering that I tend to be absent from GAIA for longer periods of time, this sounds very interesting. neutral ninja

I thought americanization of a japanese anime or whatever was bad, I never thought backwards would be worse.

Japanese clearly suck at doing superheroes and we have every ******** Sentai show to prove it. Fine some people dump sailor moon into the sentai genre but to me sailor moon is a magical girl show which has nothing to do with sentai as a genre (not a word 'cause they are a group of heroes so...)

I saw the first episode of the witchblade. I'm actually glad the main character isn't Sara Pezzini, not 'cause I hate her, on the contrary, I would hate to see how crappy they would make her. Witchblade is part of the girl power movement of the 90's that came thanks to characters like Chun Li, Jill Valentine, Lara Croft and others like that. Japanese females even when they have a big role tend to be scared and all that things usually associated with being a weak woman. I'm ok with the concept if it comes from Japan 'cause I see it as a cultural thing. They like their women to depend on men. (Guess that's why my favorite characters from anime and manga are the ones that break that mold. Madoka from KOR, Kyoko from Maison Ikkoku, Naru from Love Hina, Priss from BGC)

Back to my bitchin, the new character is not bad, it is actually interesting that a witchblade wielder is also a mother traveling with her daughter but they changed what the witchblade is. I'm not a huge (not even small) Witchblade follower, I prefered The Darkness comics over Witchblade but those two are related as I found out in the Family Ties crossover so basically all my Witchblade knowledge comes from there. The Witchblade is kinda like an offspring of Darkness and Light (Angelus), it is male and to counterpart needs a female host. All said and done it's a sentient device. In the anime it takes over the host making it like most anime shows out there where people transform into fighting machines. The enemies suck, at least the first one turned into a machine (from human form). There are agencies around that apparently know everything about the Witchblade.. bottom line, the animation is great as it is from Gonzo, the anime however in terms of story sucks. In fact it could easily be compared with the Final Fantasy movie (not AC) People complained that the only thing it had of FF was the title. Same here, it's another crappy show from a long line of crappy cookie cutter anime from Japan. I'll give it a try as I do most series and watch until eps 3. If it still sucks like a blackhole I'm turning my back on it as I would've done if it wasn't named Witchblade.
