Moving Pictures is entitled to:
+ Full RP Rights
+ Full Rights to First and Third Breeding
+ Sig Candy

EchoLimaFoxtrot is entitled to:
+ OOC not-official RP (randomness)
+ Full Rights to Second Breeding
+ Sig Candy

Both Parties must agree on:
+ All Breedings/Lifemate Decisions
+ Familiar (no official posting needed)

In the event that either party is absent from gaia for more than 3 months, then breedings can be switched around. No major decisions (like lifemate, ownership decisions, etc) can be made without the approval of the other.

If possible, I would like to give her full ownership rights so that she can do with them what she wishes.

If co-ownership is what we are allowed, then I give her full rights to RP them, breed them, and decide what will be done with any resulting baskets.

If I need to verify or give any other information, please let her know and she will reach me. I do not come on Gaia any longer, so PMing me won't do much good.

As always if either party leaves Gaia the rule still stands for the opposite co-owner taking full control of listed soquili(s). This will exclude Sasuke whom will travel with Rein to the ends of the Earth * heart

The rules for the agreement follow below:

General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put ??? in our signatures and teepee.
-I have main RP rights -- big decisions
-erisam will have OOC RP rights and in thread RP rights

Mating
If ??? ever life mates erisam and I will talk about it first.

Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, erisam gets to keep one of the baskets. In the case of three baskets erisam and the owner of the mare/stallion will get to decide what to do with the third basket.

2nd breeding:
The second breeding, I get a basket. In the case of three baskets me and the owner of the mare/stallion will get to decide what to do with the third basket.

3rd breeding:
The third breeding the basket will go to a mutual party that erisam and I have already agreed on. In the case of three baskets the three of us will make the decision.
