Well, it is pretty much her basic story, so sweatdrop You should read some of the translated scenarios on Wikipedia for UNL, which is where Suwako appears as a playable character. And Cirno is in UNL too, but she also appears in PoFV (Touhou 9) and GFW (Touhou 12.3 I think) as a playable character 3nodding
Heheh... yeah, sometime Touhou makes me scream and laugh, but those bullets just get too close to me, you know? And I don't know why I don't try and look ahead for safe spots @w@;;
Oh sure. :3 It's not a definite yet whether I'll take up either one (because I think I have quite a handful characters on my plate here already ), but...eh maybe someday for another crossover RP that might pop up. surprised
I'm the kind who would beg for an infinite life mode because my eyes would have trouble keeping track of how the danmaku move. rofl I mean, the extra stages are only unlocked by finishing Normal mode with no continues, right? Honestly, I'd only want to play to watch all the plot unfold, so I guess I'm better off watching Let's Plays.

Who would that be? surprised
Oh right! By the way, I wanted to discuss with you guys the idea of support characters because there's one I kind of want to attach to Rief soon.
The basic idea is that Support Characters are...kind of an "ascended cameo". Characters under this category would make recurring appearances, but not really travel with any parties (or in the case of the support character I plan for Rief, be mostly hidden away). However, they can participate in battles!
Of course, you're still going to have to provide a profile for them, but not as big as a main character's. I went out of my way to make an example here.
So what do you guys think? surprised
If you all think this is a swell idea, I think this is how I'll bring in game!verse (post-Rush Adveture) Sonic too. He sounds like he's more main character material, and yet...because of his speed and attitude, he'd become absolutely bored trying to travel with a party because they're so much slower than him. I imagine he'd just show up for battles and go off doing his own thing in the in-between time.
I just might demote Chartreuse to Support character too.

I was thinking either Dart or Rose (Dart's the one in red, and Rose is the woman on the right. ).
I think that would be an interesting idea there. :3 I think I might put Rose as a support character if I decide to bring her in.

That idea sounds good to me. That way we can have more characters without having to handle more mains. Go for it, I'd say.
Augh, slow on the uptake again because I'm scrambling to finish my project on Azriel. Apologies, I know I've kept Jordan waiting for far too long. gonk I think I'll write up a post for Zaul real quick so that he and Krystal can get right to crossing Jordan's path.

Cool! I think I shall pretty much push through with the Support Characters idea, but I still wanna see what other people think. Y'know, just so I'm aware we're all on the same page. 3nodding

I think I have a basic idea of what a Support Character is. Hmm... kinda like in Imperishable Night, with the interchangeable characters, but this time they only appear when needed ninja
Anywho, I think it sounds interesting 3nodding
I've kinda already pictured who each of my characters would get as a Support Character ninja

I'm well aware that Lee's pretty much neck-deep in dealing with school, but I take it the rest of you guys are too?

Heehee, I kinda want you to guess, since you know a bit about Touhou~ rofl I'll let you guess if you want, but I'll still post who they are, with a small explanation, in a spoiler thingy whee
For Youmu I was thinking Yuyuko, but none of her death abilities, mostly because it's very powerful and she never uses this power anyway x3 I'd have her mostly using ghosts and butterflies, like in UNL (AKA, the video you showed me to earlier)
For Orin I was thinking Utsuho using attacks like she had in UNL like her beam or her flying~
And For Yuuka I was thinking Elly or Medicine Melancholy, but I think I'll go with Elly, since she uses a boomerang scythe and a mirror wall thingy and Medicine pretty much just uses poison and slowing cloud thingys rofl
Evil, you will get brownie points if you really do bring in Vash. xd
I think I may bring in Alphonse as a support character. I also have a couple of demons in mind as well.
I don't know if I can necessarily write a good Vash, but I think I may give it a try when the system's ready. Ready your replacement donuts. Also, ready the brownies. Bring on the trumpets. Activate the "laser." Charge the Limit Gauge.* Run setup.exe. Open this file. Play card games. Ride motorcycles. Get the FFVII BGM pack for Dissidia 012. Achieve crazy motorcycle chase victory. Fire the moon-blasting arm cannon. Do a barrel roll. Watch out for Wolfwood's cross. Have a hat. Input a correct Blitz button sequence and/or the Konami code. Make yourself a sammich. Also get the FFVIII BGM pack for Dissidia 012. Enjoy Triple Triad background music. Shot web. Get rid of a bomb (some days). Etc. It'll be better than my Regal, anyway. Yeesh. Speaking of Vash... For my College Composition class, I am writing an essay comparing Vash and Batman. Yep.
So... For supports, just how much would they be involved in non-battlin' action?
*This reminds me of that Final Fantasy-based game I'm running for the gaming group over here. I incorporated an "LP" (limit point) system, allowing special techniques and Limit Breaks. These can be obtained in the ways you might expect, by using an Ether (there's no MP in this system), or by taking a turn to charge up some temporary LP. One guy really likes his limit stuff, so he spends more than half of his turns (with both characters... I made the mistake of allowing him two in a large group) charging his Limit Points. I think I may be doing something wrong... I did have Gilgamesh yell "Enough of your constipation!**" at excessive chargers and counter with his own attack when it got out of hand, though. **He thought they looked constipated while psyching themselves up. What can I say?
Oh, can the support characters can be from others places (Other then the main characters world)? If so... then I'll probably want to do some messing around... Hee hee hee...
Just so you don't suspect me of anything... *throws Putty Monk in and runs away*

I can't respond for Erryn and Devlin, but Jewel and Yvonne are stuck with an iPod that is being shared with me and two others. They are...unmotivated to post. On a side note, Jewel is doing extensive research to play Zelos better....
Don't feel bad. I also had the thought of bringing in Edward as well, though I've felt that I wouldn't do a good job as him. As far as which version I'm going to be using, I'm thinking on using the 2003 anime version of both brothers. More specifically, the Conqueror of Shamballa version.

Oho, the first anime versions. What's different about them?
I think I'll be using the anime Vash, not knowing any other at this point...

There's a HUGE difference between the first anime and Brotherhood as far as plotline goes, though there's really not much difference with Ed as far as his abilities go.
Only that he gives up his knowledge for alchemy in exchange for bringing back Al in Brotherhood.
Al, on the other hand, there's some differences between his human appearance in the 2003 version and Brotherhood version *Spoiler pic! Click at your own risk!*
In Brotherhood, Al eventually learns to how to perform alchemy without a transmutation circle like with Ed and Izumi.
In the first anime, Al only used transmutation circles to use alchemy. In Conqueror of Shamballa, Al wears a pair of white gloves with transmutation circles embedded on them so he would perform alchemy much quickly. Not only that, his soul is detachable, which allows him to transmute a portion of his soul into inanimate objects. In the movie, he mostly used that on empty suits of armor.
