 Things were turning out pretty even so far. He'd expected nothing less. Rising up slowly, Seiji reached out letting his free hand meet with her leg, simply following through as she came at him. It'd been an easy enough manuver to counter, but with his Kei surging so freely, some movements almost seemed slower to him. This was something he'd experienced before, sometimes Kei was almost like adrenaline or so he'd been told. He watched a Ranka retreated back, taking his chance to follow after.
He'd have to start attacking more rapidly to break her guard. Less power would have to be used, but that was necessary to increase his speed. His body frame could only use so much strength when he focused his Kei on movement. Three steps and Seiji started to spin. Not a fast rotation, but his katana followed suit. Held in a diagonal position, he brought the blade down in a slice as he turned once, suddenly stopping mid turn to turn the blade over on itself and slice upward in one motion. A part of his mind kept reminding him this was a sparring match. He didn't want to hurt Ranka, but did want to press her. Better to keep his moves light until he was certain he wouldn't cut her by accident.

 Tristan looked to Elly as she analyzed what just happened, glancing to where the hands had vanished for the moment. "That makes sense.... Oh, really? Huh. Maybe its because I was already tied to darkness before the body switch?" He offered, it would also possibly mean it would be easier for him to get control of at least half of his new abilities. The other half would be... interesting. Electricity huh? He looked up to the sky again and frowned a bit, he felt like the air was a bit heavy. With what he didn't know. "Might storm tomor-" He stopped short as a young appearing girl shot out of nowhere and practically tackled Elly.
Taken aback, he just sort of sat there dumbstruck, ears still ringing from that loud call. As Elly looked to him, he just sorta shrugged. He had no idea who this girl was or her relation to her. "Old friend?" He asked with a small tilt of his head, looking to the blonde haired girl with surprise.

 Vira giggled and shook her head, "Nah, shouldn't be hard at all. Now I have two opinions to base that off of." She smiled, tilting her head as she thought about that. Knowing her, she'd probably manage to even trip over it. Laughing a bit at that, she shook her head a bit, sighing lightly. Oh she could be such a klutz. "Patience. Just requires patience." She agreed quietly, nodding once as she looked up to him. Giving a nervous chuckle she smiled, but it was clear she wasn't comfortable with the idea. "I-I'm sure it's fantastic. Maybe I'll fly over one once my powers are over control." That would mean she wouldn't have to go in and deal with all those people. That could work.
"I am. Tristan and Elly always keep me afloat." She said softly, glancing in the direction of the two as she suddenly heard a young girl give a shout. Well there was certainly some excitement going on over there. Though, as he nudged her back, she stuck out her tongue with a chuckle, blushing faintly at the image of waking up in her room. Aiya!!!! "Good enough for me! So far you are proving to be great company."

 She hadn't expected the kick to make contact, Ranka's body both tensing and not. Spinning her scythe rapidly, she blocked his slices from the turn, the blade of her scythe catching his blade as he brought it up. Bringing her blade down, she knocked away the blow, the base moving through the motion, feigning a hit. In reality, she shot the back of her blade back up to hit him instead, mindful to not make contact if he didn't block in time.
And with that she darted around him, her movements again seeming a blur, spinning her scythe towards him much like the color guard might a flag. One second it was spinning next to her left shoulder, then the right, moving forward towards him each time. Darting around to his other side, she ducked down and swung a kick at his ankles, her scythe mimicking the motion above her head towards his mid section and chest.

 Shells were never hard to find on a beach anyway. Though he couldn't imagine Vira tripping over one, unless it was an especially large shell. She really didn't seem all that keen on the idea of crowds. How would she take being near people at the beach? He didn't want to spoil the image for her, but whether at the beach or an amusement park, there was going to be crowds. "I'm sure you'll be able to handle it eventually. If not, there's usually quiet spots in every crowd." He wasn't going to press the matter if she was that uncomfortable with it, but on a nice day, the beach was going to have a crowd of some sort. Maybe not packed like some beaches, but there was a good chance it wouldn't be just the two of them at the beach. Though the thought of that wasn't all that bad.
Maybe he'd be able to actually be friends with her. It'd be a nice change of pace, even if he wasn't going to stop flirting. He'd managed some friendships before he came to Estelle. Flirting was always involved in some way if he was talking to a girl. But some girls he flirted with less and managed to make decent conversation. Sort of like he was going with her. "It's good to surround yourself with people you can trust." He thought aloud. "Or at least, people you enjoy being around." He was glad to hear that she didn't mind his company. He was having fun too. "Well, we'll definitely have to meet up more often. I could use the company on those early mornings."

Strike quick. It had always been his motto in offense. Even if he couldn't use as much as he would have liked, being fast with your attacks could often be an important point in battle. Feeling Ranka's scythe pull down on his blade, he straightened his arm doing the same with the blade. Ranka's scythe slide along his blade, though Seiji had no time to continue his attack as Ranka began her counter. Weary of he range, Seiji felt himself falling back, step by step as the pole neared him though not quite striking. Within the next moment, the blade was upon him again, Seiji's instincts had him raising the Dite, blocking the attack.
He'd managed the counter attack, but as Ranka began to shift position and ended up off to his side, Seiji found himself watching her movements more than the scythe. His Kei aura seeming to glow more intensely as his body ducked and weaved, not sure what sort of attack she would throw at him next. Seiji was already moving back, so when Ranka's position suddenly changed again, he onnly gave one thought as to his next move. One more step back, now moving towards the girl, kness slightly bent. By time he had turned his head to look, she was already attacking. But that was fine, Seiji was already moving as well. Pushing off with his feet, the Psyharden lifted into the air, travelling higher then he had meant to. His back arched, his eyes stayed on Ranka as he passed over her. Making no moves to attack her as he did. Better to simply dodge then try to turn it into a last second counter

Vira sighed lightly, her smile almost sad as she looked up to the sky. Hmm... would she? "I hope your right. It's just a lot of people around me at once, I can't handle it. If they are spaced out and not too close, I'm a bit better." She said softly, shivering as she felt a scar on her lower back throb painfully. Don't go there, don't go there, don't go there! She could almost hear the children shouting around her.... Aiya... She was doing her best to keep up her smile, but sometimes it got hard to.
As he spoke, it did provide some distraction, tilting her head a bit. Trust... yes, she could trust them. "I do. Implicitly. After all, it is horrible if we believe we cannot trust anyone eh? Almost makes you wonder if at that point you can trust yourself." She pointed out, pausing as she realized she was getting a bit on a downside. "Er, but in any case, we should! I'll admit it's sometimes lonely being one of the few people up." Glancing up to the sky again, she was judging the time, putting it a bit closer to ten perhaps. Maybe eleven. She wasn't sure. "Have you eaten yet? I was thinking of grabbing something. But I mean, if you have something to do, I don't want to keep you." She asked, a bit hesitant as the thought hit her.

Interesting. Increased power output, returning to more defensive maneuvers. Ranka met his gaze as he jumped over her, straightening up as the swing rolled through, easily turning to face him as he landed. She did not attack, though she could have. In a real fight there would be no hesitation, but this was no real fight.
Hmm.. Perhaps she should... No, not yet. She nodded her head to him as if to give him the go ahead, standing calm and rather relaxed. They were both holding back a bit since they didn't want to hurt each other, but they were about even. This was good to know.

 The girl continued to squeeze Elly and nestle her neck making a 'mmmm!' noise as she did so. "Mum and Pa decided to let me look at schools since i did something bad at home... I think I might go to this school since Uncle Atlas runs it. Then we can be together always!!!" she told Elly and hugged her again. For once, Elly wasn't being her natural self. If anything and to anyone who knew Elly, she was being a bit rude, though to someone who didn't know her, they would say she was acting fine. But instead of saying, 'oh thats great!' or 'Well i'm lad you're happy', she said nothing. She almost looked a bit distant, though she still did not show anything on her face. "You didn't visit Atlas yet have you? You might want to go find him before he sneaks off to sleep again, huh?" Elly suggested, the girl perking up and agreeing with Elly, hugging her too hard again, and bolted away towards where her other sprite type fairy thing was showing her. "Isuppose I should introduce you to her properly next time. That's Lexy, Atlas' niece and she is a handful. She's actually 14, but through her magic she can change her age. She is quite skilled at being a mage/witch, but she also does not have any regard to people's situations or emotions and she drives people away. Not to mention she is in the rebelious stages of her teenage years and she likes to use magic to express it. As you can tell, she's a bit...much..." she told him in the politest way possible. In fact, if it were up to Elly, she would have suggested to Atlas to have her stay somewhere else for she was too much.

Tristan blinked, watching this young girl. She was trying just a bit too hard to be cutsy. Or maybe it was just him. Wasn't like he held any right to an opinion, he didn't know the girl. She was certainly young. Uncle... so she was related to Atlas? Oh well, he'd just sit back and watch for now. It was clear that Elly was uncomfortable.
As the girl ran off, he watched a bit, turning his eyes back to Elly. Lexy... Ah, ok. I see. "I thought she seemed young. Oh.... Wow, really?" Maybe it was just the whole family that was that powerful.... "Well, sort of. I'd still need to know her a bit." He murmured, placing a hand around her shoulder. He rubbed her back a bit, trying to help her relax.

Elly smiled at Tristan's attempt to comfort her. Having Lexy around was never a good thing and she wondered what other mischief that little witch would bring around herself. Cielo dropped the frizbee infront of Elly and layed down on the ground, expectantly. She giggled at the wolfdog and threw the disc again. "I'm sure you will get to know her. Everyone here will know her by the end of her stay i'm sure. Everywhere she goes it's like she has to leave her print behind, and believe me, she will," she said with a sih and a shake of her head. Now was not the time to be all down and out at the circumstances. This was a rare chance to relax. "Hey! Want to go swimming in the pool? Since you are... solid now you could probably swim and I could teach you. What do you say?" she asked, patting herself on the back in her mind for thinking of something to do.

Tristan chuckled as he watched Cielo beg for attention, smirking as he continued to rub her back. His eyes did turn to her when she spoke, sighing heavily as he knew what she meant. "Ah. One of those types of kids. I remember seeing them when we watched families go by in the park." He murmured, nodding a bit since he could just picture them. Oi... Blinking, he hadn't even thought of that. "Uh, sure. It would just be nice to get in the pool." He smiled, ruffling Cielo's fur a bit.(( I forget, did I make it so he didn't know how to swim? O.o oh man, I hate it when I forget stuff about characters. ))

((Well I kind of assumed because he was all ghost like. If you want him to be able to swim then thats fine and i'll just act like Elly assumed it too. If you dont mind im going to have them go to their dorms and down to the pool)) "It would be rather relaxing, hmm?" she said and smiled, getting up while pulling Tristan at the same time. she pulled him into her and snuck for a fast kiss, winking after doing so and clasping her hand into his, holding it gently while they walked to their dorms. Elly went to her dorm and dug out her swim suit which was a one piece that was black with red strings and a small white skirt attached to it. She also brought an innertube that was blue with rubber duckies on it. She smiled and blushed a bit at what she had, the pool making her feel like a little kid. she would then be able to teach Tristan with it while having her own fun.
When they went down to the pool, it was actually occupied by some people, the rest of them either laying out outside or hanging around the sides of the pool. Many people asked Elly how she was doin, Elly sighing and telling them she feels much better and then walked past with Tristan's hand in hers in fast strides.

(( Oh, ok. I don't mind at all. Initially I would have allowed him to know how to swim since he did have a solid form. So, I may keep it that way. )) Tristan willingly followed, getting a goofy sort of grin after that quick kiss, sneaking in one of his own before they split up to go to their dorms. He had swimming trunks somewhere... Oh wait, would they fit? Argh, must remember. Get some clothes next time your in town. God, it had been so long since he swam. He at least had the basics down, considering he had to be sure in his solid form he could swim before. But did this body know how to?
Well, he would certainly find out, the shadows rising up to give him some trunks. He met up with her and headed down to the pool with her, glancing around to those that were there. At least there weren't that many, keeping up with her as she sped up with her strides. As they recognized her but not him, it both made him chuckle and a little frustrated. Because so many used to know his old face, and considering the circumstances of his new body, what could he tell them? Oh whatever, they weren't important now. Elly was. "You look adorable by the way." He said softly in her ear, currently still wearing a T-shirt that was almost a perfect replica to one he had up in his drawer, black per usual.

ShadowLadyRaven  (( Its alright. Uh, I'm going with that it's the same day as the incident, if I'm wrong, I can adjust my post.)) Sighing lightly, she could tell that she'd have to sit through meetings tomorrow because of this incident, not really looking forward to it at all. It'll be so boring... She shook her head, looking up as she saw Jareth come into view. Well he wasn't in a good mood, it was practically radiating off of him. It made her wonder what was wrong. Was it the twins? Was it what had happened? Was it because of the time of day? Oh the possibilities were endless. She just hoped he wouldn't lash out at her, though that also remained a possibility knowing him.
"I see you aren't pleased about something, what is on your mind?" She asked, tilting her head a little, Vadasz shifting on her shoulder. She walked up to him and slowed to a stop, the breeze ruffling her hair. She was still in her other outfit which was more suited towards combat.
