Ray grinned under his mask before pulling a hand out of his pocket and scratching the back of his head. "I was told you're the only one who can teach me the weapon style I wish to learn. After doing so I wish to take the Genin exam so I can further my training as a Shinobi. That is all." His voice never wavered once and remained the same tone through out the who time he was speaking.

Motioning for the boy to follow him to his office, Luo walked and talked with the academy student following hopefully close behind. "Well, generally I make it a personal rule to only teach those whom I can address." As he got up to his office and opened the door, he sighed at the pile of paperwork. Walking over to and around the desk to sit on the comfortable seating pillow he muttered, "Some would find it quite rude for someone to sneak behind a kage, not bow, and seemingly not even introduce himself, don't you think?" Smiling politely, Luo made a fine point and even attempted to make it a bit of a lesson. BUt it was true, most would have been irritated to find someone standing behind the Mizukage, and to even speak from behind him as well. It was always polite to address him from the front and usually with a bow if he had never been acquainted with you before. And although sometimes Luo didn't really care for the petty rules, they were signs of respect he liked to instill in the younger students these days.

Ray nodded as the Mizukage motioned for Ray to follow him up to his office. After entering the room he stood inf ront of the desk staring at the Mizukage, he now had both hands in his pockets once again. "My deepest apologies Sir.. My name is Ray Hakate also know as White Lightning.." He grinned slightly at the name he was given by the people in Kumo after he had slayed his 'fake' parents without even blinking. All though the boy apologized, it was not a real one for he had remembered what he told him self soon after coming to this village. He had let go of all true emotions and cared little for others and would even kill anyone in his way with out second thought, there fore any emotion that was shown was fake to make him still seem human. "Mugen Ittōryū.. Is what I wish to learn.."

Kai was about to jump in and said "same here" but stopped himself, remembering his grandfather teaching. So instead, Kai waited patiently by the side for Luo to finish with his business before making himself notice. He have waited for some time now so he saw no reason to not wait a little longer, expressibly when it would bring him better result than to try with Luo now after what have happen.

Hatsuharu Cambrien Academy Student | Kirigakure | Suigetsu's Bloodline  Hatsuharu had walked into the area and asked the guards if the Mizukage was in. They nodded 'yes' and allowed him passage up to the office. Hatsuharu walked up a few flights of stairs and was getting dehydrated. He pulled out his water bottle and sucked some water out of it. Hatsuharu then knocked on the door and awaited an answer. He got bored so he took a seat a began to blow some bubbles with his Bubble Blower.
Total CP - [18/18]
Stealth Ninja - Cannot be tracked by anyone Jounin Ranked or lower until an attack is made. Jutsu don't have to be recited, just described.
Speed Ninja - Can do two Jutsu per post. Move, dodge, and attack as if one rank higher. Hard to track.

~ Raikage ~ Sharingan ~ Kumogakure ~ "Believing is the key..."
Sosay had finally spotted the Mizukage's tower, and paused outside the door, waving in thank to the one who showed her here. From there she entered, taking the stairs one at a time, not wanting to rush things.
Walking up the stairs quietly, Sosay's long black hair waved as she moved, allowing her kage's hat to show hanging from the back of her neck. She kept half her face hidden within her a deep scarlet red. Around her waist her clan symbol hung proudly, the katana also around her waist, not far from reach if ever needed. Her steps were graceful and almost silent. Reaching the kage's door, she raised a hand and gave it a light knock, enough to allow whoever was inside to hear it.

"Well then, perhaps when I have the time to teach you I shall. How are you fairing with the academy jutsu, all done I hope?" As Luo posed the question, he heard a knock on the door, and then another. Sighing lowly to himself at the thought of visitors he muttered, "Please come in." He wondered who would be knocking at this time, but figured it was probably another genin. Waiting patiently for the door to open, he arranged papers on his desk into a neat pile.

Hearing a voice within tell her to come on in, Sosay opened the door and did so. Walking in she stopped not far from the Mizukage's desk, one hand resting upon her hip while she smiled down at him, although he wouldn't be able to see it seeing how her scarf was covering it. "Why hello Mizukage sir!" she clearly spoke out.

Ray nodded at him statement of when he had time to teach him. "I was the first to finish all of the Academy and a few Genin Jutsus in the current Academy Student Class.. After that I went to do some solo training then I came here and have been waiting for you ever since. Of course I could take the Genin Exam soon and then later when you have time we can proceed with the training, this would allow be to continue my training instead of postponing it." After noticing the Woman walk in who seemed to be not much older then Ray himself, he stepped to the side and leaned against the wall with his hands in his pockets.

Shaoran poked his head into the open door and gave a small lazy chuckle.
"Sorry for the interruption sir, but that young lady there wanted to see you when I was at the dock. She is the Raikage."
Shaoran walks in and bows in respect to both kages. His paper wings disperse as he returns the paper to his sketchbook.

As the woman spoke, Luo raised an eyebrow slightly until he caught site of it, the wide brimmed hat similar to his that hung loosly from her back similar in fashion to the way Luo often wore his. Standing up, Luo held a hand out to her with a smile muttering, "Good afternoon Lady Raikage. It's certainly a pleasure to meet you." As he finished addressing her, he turned his attention to the young Hatake. "When I am finished here, I will give you an exam. For now, walk down to the exam room and wait for me there."

Ray's eyes moved up and down the Raikage as he stood there, waiting for the Mizukage's responce. He hoped slightly that the Raikage did not remember him for he had murdered two people within Kumo before leaving it to live here, since his face mask covered the bottom half of his face the chances of her remembering him were slim to none. Ray quickly turned his attention make to the Mizukage when he finally spoke back to him. "Will do" He said with boredom in his voice before heading out of the office and to the exam room. "If the exam is as easy as learning those Jutsus.. I'll be out of here in no time.." He then leaned against the door frame waiting for the Mizukage, he did not go in due to the Mizukage saying nothing about going in.

Hatsuharu Cambrien Academy Student | Kirigakure | Suigetsu's Bloodline As Hatsuharu walked in after Luo spoke, he noticed the woman who walked in front of him. "Who's she?" He was about to approach the Mizukage, but then Shaoran appeared and revealed that the woman was the Raikage. "R-Raikage?" he said with a terrified voice. The Leader of the Village that resided in The Land of Lightning. Hatsuharu burst into water and reformed behind the Mizukage. Hatsuharu was terrified of any sort of Lightning or Electricity. It could kill him easily and he did whatever he could to avoid someone who could possibly use it against him. "W-Why? Why is t-the R-Raikage here?"
[Ooc: Hatsuharu's Bloodline makes Lightning completely fizzle Hatsuharu and will incapacitate him so he has a great fear of it.]

Sosay took his hand and shook it. "As well as it's a pleasure to meet you! But please call me Sosay." she replied back, her scarf shifting to show her whole face as she smiled back at him. When she took her hand back and straightened herself out, she watched from the corner of her eye as boy who was already in here, study her. She couldn't help but notice the look in his eye's, they showed a bit of fear and concern mixed together. "I wonder what's on his mind..." she thought, looking back to the Mizukage.
She was taken by surprise when another boy appeared behind his kage. But the confusing part was he appeared out of water, not thin air. Then she caught the hint of fear in his voice as he spoke out to his kage. "Don't worry little one. I'm not here to hurt you! I'm here to form an alliance with Mist." she straightened herself out again, this time showing her full attention to the Mizukage. "Kumo is in a tough situation at the moment! We need the help from neighboring countries. I'm willing to form an alliance with Mist. If your village is in trouble we'll come to help and vice versa." she spoke to him with confidence.

Another prominent form would amalmagate from the ambient moisture found in the air, creating a liquid outline of the regally adorned Sannin before his solidified into human muscle and tissue. The tall shinobi stood at Luo's doorway, his cold eyes resting on the singular form of the Raikage. He surpressed a scoff and instead strode into the room, unconcerned with Sosay's status as a Village Leader.
Instead he took a chair at one of the walls of the room, rested an elbow onto his knee and watched the events unfold lazily. His mane of silken black swirled in smooth acrs with each movements and his imperial yukata made little sound as it folded to fit the contours of Tensai's musculed form.
