Name of Jutsu:死の神の砂 ( Originaly unnamed but over time came to be known as Divine Dust Of Death )
Description: The user's red blood cells duplicate (which depends on the chakra level, higher level more duplication the cels can make) and emit from the user coating him/her in it, within a second it can disappear blending into the user giving he/she 'minor' armor against attacks. Once out in the air the cells harden into what resembles dust, that dust is then controlled by the users chakra which was implanted into each cell before leaving the body. The dust can be used to create clones, weapons, and various object depending on the need of the user. The user's eys also glow a crimson red color when any of the dust leaves the body, only during that time can the power of the eyes work. Such as allowing them to 'see' chakra around them, zoom in, and see through walls and other objects. The range of this is limited based on the chakra level of the user and the level of the blood line.
Level1: Low amount of dust and sight is limited to 20 feet
Level2: medium amount of dust and sight is limited to 40 feet
level3: high amount of dust and sight is limited to 60 feet
level4 (mastered): Extremely high amount of dust that causes it to form into a sandish mineral and sight is limited to amount of chakra user has atm.
example: full chakra gives sight to as far as the user can see without blooline active.

Personality: Manipulative but never lets on that she is unless she trusts the person. Shino secretly holds a grudge against everyone even though she cant figure out why. She can sometimes be caught talking to herself when she is alone but denies everything if try to tell people about it.

It all started around a thousand years ago when the first blood line member of the Shinigato clan was born. At first the leader was proud of the child but was time went on, he began to fear the child as it grew older. Around 16 years after the child was born it struck down the clan leader in public claiming the leadership over the entire clan. Other clans began to fear the Shinigato clan, allowing the clan to live free from war from neighboring clans. 70 years later, not a single child was born with this rare blood line that passed through the Shinigato clan untill one day. It was a month after the leader had died of old age another child was born thus starting the process all over agian. This continued for many years until the clan was attacked at night by a powerful group of ninja, the ninja assassinated 90% of the clan that night. From then on the clan went into hiding and always kept their numbers low, which in turn destroyed the clan its self. !4 years ago, the one of the last couples from the clan gave birth to a daughter. That girls name is Shino, from a early age she showed signs of possessing the blood line but the couple couldn't pin it if she did or didn't. 12 years after shino was born she began to grow more distant from her parents, each day she seemed farther away and each day shino studied alone. She quickly became interested in becoming strategist for the Black Ops. As time went on she became more frustrated with her parents not leaving alone that something snapped inside of her, something that shouldn't of been there in the first place. Deep inside of her was the rage of the entire clan since the beginning. She often attempts to remember what happened on the night her parents were killed but everything is a blew no matter how hard she focuses. Now being homeless at the age of 14, she attentions the academy in hopes of being in the black ops and will do anything to get there.

Yea before I do anything, get that clan approved, but there is one other thing. You start out with NOTHING except he three basic jutsu given in the profile, not even your clan jutsus. You have to learn those for yourself. Please take those off, and get the bloodline approved.

Its more so that if someone fights you in RP, and looks at your profile to see which jutsus you know in order to make sure you are fighting fair, the would see "Knows all basic and bloodline." See how that would get confusing? So yea if you could take that off that would be great

First, take off that dust jutsu if your bloodline isnt accepted. Second, until the bloodline is approved, your chakra level will be low. Third, fix that and you can start RPing, but when your clan is accepted, use an RP element to get the dust. I dont care how, use your imagination, but it has to make sense.

As a child kuza always looked up to his brother kaze, she sometimes sneaked off to watch missions that her older brother went on. During one of those missions kuza watched as her brother was killed in battle with a few other ninja. Since her brother was also a puppeteer had taught kuza alot of puppets and how to use them, kuza blindly charged into battle and took control of her brothers puppets. She barely survived the battle and all of her brothers puppets were destroyed, she was found a day later by the search party the village sent out. Kuza had managed to kill all the other enemy ninja but as the cost of her right hand and almost her life. After recovering she spent all her time creating new puppets and one modeled after her brother. Due to kuza spent all her time working on his puppets she ended up not going to the academy until she became 16.

@Orchid: A few things, but nothing Major. First, Have you had the custom puppet approved? if not, please do so.
Just wondering, why would your headband have a skrikethrough in it if your not a missing nin?
Summoning specialist mainly pertains to the animal summonings, not a puppet summon. I suppose it could be pretained to the puppets, but I thought I would just let you know.
@Ithao biggrin ENIED. You start out as an academy student until auto ranked.
Your weapons need to be approved in the custom weapons forum if you want them to have special abilities.
Support is not a shinobi profession, its a ninja class. If you want the benefits given to support ninja, put it underninja class.
Finally, revise your backstory. I will have no objects of power like that rock that turned people into swords.

Puppets approved, ima go with my puppeteer instead of my other char. also since summoning specialist dosnt do anything for puppets ... is there anything that will benefit a puppeteer?
