Suzette found the group outside, along with other students.
'The uniforms....they're from Militia High!', she thought to herself. 'Hm, I thought we were going to have seperate dances'.
She walked up to them and also saw a person who looked a lot like Alexis.
'That must be her twin', she thought.
"So, are you guys ready for the dance?", she asked.

Alexis glanced at Suzette. "Yeah, kind of," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "I'm having issues with shoes."
"You're worried about how you look?" Aaron teased. "You wear the same jacket. Every day." He gestured to her worn, jean jacket. One of the pockets was already tearing, and the denim was fading.
"Mm-hmm," said Alexis. "And like you don't wear that ring everyday?" she pointed at the silver ring on Aaron's hand. The metal was fading and beginning to get dirty. The emerald that sat atop was fading in color.
Alexis turned away from her twin. "See you later," she said. "And good luck. I wonder how a tux survives in a duffel bag?" She chuckled and walked off.

'It seems that nobody has a good relationship with their family members', Suzette thought to herself. Today Suzette got the results of the physical tests. She did better than she expected to, she only failed one part and passed everything else. Yet, she didn't feel it was enough to participate in fights, and no one challenged her yet which was really personal.
'I guess they only see me as a weak braniac', she thought.

Aaron watched Alexis go and sighed.
"She's so tightly wound today," he said. "I don't blame her." His eyes fell on Suzette.
"Oh, I'm sorry," he said. He held out a hand to her. "I'm Aaron. Who might you be?"

Aaron gave Suzette a warm smile, one that never came across Alexis's face.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Suzette," he said. He lifted her hand and planted a kiss on it and said, "I hope to see you around." He turned and left.
Alexis watched Aaron's actions.
"Idiot!" she snarled, slapping her hand to her forehead. She felt like screaming, turned, and marched off.
