Keilantra tapped her fingers on the table and took another sip of soda."You've never been to a club before? Have you been to like a party before?"She said curiosly, not knowing if they had partiess where Eri came from.

Eri shook her head. " Parties, as mother use to say, were for people who didn't care about responsibilities." she said.Her life on the island was terribly restricted. No parties, no talking to boys until a certain age, and of course no leaving the island....ever. In just a few days, however, Eri had broken pratically every rule she ever knew.

Suddenly a question appeared in her mind.'If her mother cut her wings to get her at the island....'"Eri, how did you get off the island?"It seemed that the tables had turned, in the way that Eri had first been asking al the questions....and now she was.She finished her soda and played with the end of her shirt while she awaited Eri's answer.

She felt her heart skip a beat."How did I get off?" Eri began to stutter."Well....uhhhh....you see....ummmm..." She tried hard to find the words but all that came out of her mouth was a jumble of things that made no sense.Eri couldn't really explain how she got off the island. She didn't remember much. Just that there was a boy. He had helped her escape." A boy....He helped me." she said. Eri grabbed her drink. She wanted to take a sip but ended up just staring into the water.

Keilantra noticed Eri, how umcomfortable she seemed.She wanted to ask more about it but figured she save it for another day."Oh, alright...."The song changed again and she decided to get away from the subject and start to dance.She stood up and started to dance while she smiled."Come on Eri, dance!"

Eri looked up from her drink and smiled.She was glad to be off the subject. She wasn't too comfortable talking about herself. She prefered to listen to what others had to say about themselves. " Sure, let's dance." she said as she stood up. She started dancing along side her friend.

Keilantra continued to dance next to Eri.She closed her eyes at one point and smiled as she danced.She loved the music and beat was smooth, and she could really dance to it.

Eri kept on dancing. Unfortunetly her clumsiness got the better of her. She tripped over her own feet and ended up face first on the floor. She groaned in pain and tried to get back up.

Keilantra stopped dancing and bent down to help Eri.Some people were staring but she gave them the sstink eye and they quickly turned away and continued dancing.She extended her hand out."You ok Eri?....on the first day I slammed straight into a cute guy and ended up on the ground...trust me it was much worst..."She chuckled abit and hoped Eri wasn't too embarried.It was always hard for Keilantra too get over embarrasment and didn't want Eri to have the sam promblem.
