Long - at least the Erised event has kept me entertained! I'm currently sitting in a waiting room - my mom is having surgery today so I'm keeping myself entertained.

The Erised event is awesome!
And what kind of surgery has your mother been in?

    I know, I love it!
She's having a partial hysterectomy. Fun, neh? I'm just glad they have internet, I don't know how I'd handle the continuous Home Improvement reruns without it.

What is partial hysterectomy? *feels stupid*
I would've checked it up, but it's easier to ask you.

It's where they remove the woman's uterus but leave the cervix - in a hysterectomy they remove both the uterus and the cervix. My mom's been wanting to have this for a while now - she's had some medical problems over the past few years.

Sounds... pleasant. Don't really know what to say...
My grandma removed her entire womb, because there was a risk of her getting cancer in it. :O

    Oh, fun *waves*
Mmm, hot dogs. I prefer them Chicago style (where you put on all sorts of things that you would NEVER think would go on a hot dog) because that makes them feel more like a real meal.
Well, waiting to find out what's going on with the surgery. >_< And hoping my dad comes back soon so we can get something to eat besides piddly snacks.

Ama: I loves those Chicago styled hot dogs!
Zetsu: Anywho.... Tell me when your mother gets out of the surgery, and how it went!

*laughs* You guys are hysterical! Glad to know yet another fan of Chicago style hotdogs!
I will let you guys know, my dad came back and said that they just took her back to surgery around 1:15 my time, so we have a while to wait. I went to get food though, so now I'm a happy camper. smile

Zetsu: *stares at her*
Never mind her.. She's gotten non-stop. It does weird things to her head... sweatdrop
It's good that you've gotten your hands on food though! What did you get?
