Kalore just shook his head, not liking where this was going. "For the same amount of time my mother's been dead, Monty. Now, I thought you said you weren't going to ask about this?"

"Well, my dear elf, I've been looking for similiar answers for the past two thousand years, so forgive me if I come off cold and heartless to your amount of time in searching for it." He said and narrowed his eyes more. "I didn't ask anything Kalore. If you that I'm trespassing in your business then tell me so I can leave you alone." He stated bluntly and turned to look away.

Kalore sighed softly and just brought his legs up more, resting his chin on them. "Other than the thing with me and Kyin... is there anything else that we need to talk about?" He couldn't explain why he was so angry with his own grandfather, but he knew that it would come out later. He knew that if he explained then they would freak out and flip, but Kalore didn't want that. At all.

"No." He said, yet he felt as if they had resolved nothing between them that really mattered. From here on out it seemed as if things were going to be on a friend basis. Surprising himself with that, perhaps deep down Monty had wanted something to start between them but.....
They were too different for each other. They were too volatile towards each other and ended up going up and down like a roller coaster. They both were too messed up to even consider having a relationship the stemmed beyond friendship. Then again, this was a demon thinking.

Lips parting to say something, Kalore had a sad, longing look in his eyes even though that normal uncaring look was on his face. He sighed softly and looked away before whispering, "I don't want to lose him though..." It was in elvish, as if he was saying a prayer or something to his Goddess, which in a way he was. Kalore knew that they were different, but why would something be so easy to get used to, and hurt so damn bad the moment it was threatened, if it wasn't something that was possible to do? Unless he really was being played... The comment about Monty not even getting a piece of a** or anything made him flinch a bit as he looked up, biting his lip before sighing. They needed to fix this, but he didn't know how.

"You may go if you wish." He murmured and shifted so that he had a pillow under his slightly pounding head and got another one for Kalore if he was going to stay and be silent in his shed. The demon didn't have alot of strength to force or scare the elf away so he was going to save that energy for when it counted. "Do you need a blanket?" He whispered, his head pounding more.

Blinking, Kalore kept his voice down as he spoke, "You don't mind me staying?" He blinked again and soon laid down as instructed, watching him as he smiled a bit. "If it's not too much trouble, but I'll be fine without one." The elf didn't mention that he felt the hear coming from Monty, and that calmed him down and kept him warm enough... there was no point in doing that... Seeing as the demon didn't seem to like Kalore like that anymore...

Monty shook his head slightly turned to face Kalore with his eyes closed. The demon didn't want to look at that beautiful yet sad face. It would crush what little control he had at the moment. "I don't care as long as you don't kill me with my eyes closed or touch my weapons." He said, slightly going back to his sarcastic sense of humor.

"I... I won't..." That sad face was still there as he couldn't look at Monty either. how badly he just wanted to hug him, stay close to the demon like he had the day before. but that couldn't happen. Not now, at least. Biting his lip, Kalore continued to look to the side as he faced Monty, frowning some with his eyes still saddened by all the events that had occurred.

Monty gave a slight nod and sighed softly, his head paining him and messing with his thought process. Without realizing it, he wrapped his arms around Kalore and pulled him close. Yes this was totally out of line but the demon was in pain and his conscience was doing things against the norm of the angry demon. Nuzzling his hair lightly, he took a deep breath and took in his scent. "So fresh." He whispered.

When he was pulled against the demon, Kalore blushed a bit and glanced up, "W-What?" Biting his lip, he stopped talking and timidly got closer to Monty, smiling just a bit as he got comfortable against him much quicker than he thought he would. but, there was no reason for him not to. He continued to stay close, sighing softly as he smiled a bit, loving being close to the demon once again, even if Monty wasn't really in his normal state of mind.

Monty brushed his lips against his forehead, holding him closer. "I apologize. I'm not worthy of you at all but I apologize for it." He whispered. Yeah this demon was out of it but at least in this state of mind he was being honest and letting down his guard a bit. Perhaps when he was feeling better he wouldn't snap so easily at Kalore after clearing this up because this was mostly his fault.

Kalore looked up at him and then shook his head, kissing his cheek as he whispered, "It's the other way around, Monty... I don't deserve to have you... no matter how much I would.... enjoy to be with you again..." He bit his lip, watching the demon in front of him. "I'm sorry as well... but I forgive you, Monty..."

Opening his eyes slightly, he showed Kalore that he was quite conscienous and not out of it. "I haven't done anything to earn your forgiveness Kalore." He said and leaned close to brush his lips against the elf's. "I want to do more to earn it. Tell me what to do to earn it Kalore." He murmured and kissed his forehead.

Looking at him, Kalore's lips were parted as his eyes held a longing that he was surprised was there. But, he only wanted one thing from Monty. "Take me back.... forgive me... please?" That's all he wanted. All Kalore needed was just to be given a second chance and to be able to be with Monty again. he knew that he was going to have to work on it some, but that wouldn't be bad. He could try and they could figure out how to work together again.
