Sometimes, I think that, America really needs to cut Canada some slack. And Canada needs to get himself a lover. Everyone's getting some, so why not him? *glances at him*
(and because of a certain meme, I sorta want to see him and an unofficial Netherlands getting together)

it's probably because everyone finds Canada oh so cute that they don't take him seriously.
And plus, America has UK so, poor Mattie gets left all alone. And France? oh lord, that man will go about getting some weither the recipient wants it or not. And Russia molests everyone.
(although, I guess France and Mattie might be cute... if France was less of a pervert)
