He chuckled softly, the blush finally fading. "Well... You won't know if that's true, so I can say that you have no proof, so ha." Kalore stuck out his tongue, smiling a bit. This was something that he liked to do, but he knew that he wasn't going to get out of this shed without explaining why him and Kyin were so hostile. He knew it, even though he kept trying to just ignore it.

Watching the elf from the corner of his eye, the demon reached over and flicked Kalore's tongue. "Brat. I do have proof. I could always go up to your Goddess and asked if she witness the truth." He said but sighed, closing his eyes again. "Now, why did you confront Kyin? He hadn't done anything to you directly when you were in the club," And sleeping in my arms, he thought, "And he was in his tower."

Biting his lip, Kalore looked away for a moment before muttering softly, "Well, I kinda knew what was going on because Eri told me..." There was a sigh and he continued, "Then Eri brought up Kyin telling Rave not to tell me... That pissed me off, but I was actually able to stay calm for a while... I didnt have my phone, so I went to the nearest place... I didnt wake you up because I wasnt planning on being gone that long or even leaving at all... Me and that a*****e started fighting because..." It was obvious Kalore didnt want to continue, but he did anyway. "He brought up some things that just... set me off..."

Monty opened his eyes. "You should have stilled woken me up. Regardless if you were going out for strawberries for five minutes at the store...You never go alone without someone to back you up." He scoled and sighed, staring at the ceiling. "I won't press you to tell me what he brought up, but....I'm going to ring Eri's neck for opening his big mouth." He growled and glared at the ceiling, making it turn red from him burning it.
So it is possible to burn things just by looking at it.

He nodded, biting his lip a bit hard again, but at least the elf didn't split his lip again. Sighing, Kalore continued, "I know... I'll remember that..." When Monty said that he wouldn't press the elf for the rest of the information, he looked relieved. "Thank you, Monty..." Though he figured that it would be said soon enough anyway.

"No thanks needed." He grumbled and continued to glare at the ceiling. It wasn't that he thought Kalore weak, he thought the elf was stronger than what he was really letting on, it was just he didn't want the elf to worry about this when he was working off his debt to Eri.
"I'm going to kill him." That stupid big mouth. He assumed that Gambler and Rave had told that elf to not say a word but he did anyways. Clearly someone like that wasn't worthy of being used for anything other than cleaning the floor.

Kalore looked over and shook his head, "Monty... don't." He knew that most people didn't know it, but if the blonde thought that something was up, he made a damn good interrogator. Most people just let Rave, and obviously Monty, do that job, but Kalore was good at it. Especially with Eri. "He only told me because I promised that I would play nice. And I did... Until the b*****d brought up my m-..." He looked away again, sighing softly.

The demon turned that glare on Kalore. "What do you mean play nice? And what did he bring up?" His gaze grew even more intense, interrogating the elf without knowing it and using tools to get it out of him.

He saw the gaze and then had to look away, his blonde hair creating a type of shield in his mind but Kalore couldn't help but answer. "Playing nice, as in I wasn't going to start anything and I wasn't going to try and fight with him. That b*****d," He figured that he should say what the man's name was, just to clear up any possible confusion... "Kyin... He brought up the whole damn reason on why we don't get along and why that son of a b***h needs to just die..."

Sighing, Monty closed his eyes. "He wasn't supposed to tell you. Not until the right time. As for your...." He hesitated to say the word grandfather, "You know who elf, why would you let him set you off? The past is the past and your playing into his hands if you react." He said, only about the whole past is in the past thing, he never knew how to take that advice. Which was why he was so damned complicated.

Looking at him, Kalore's eyes were darker than normal, but it was in a type of memory like gaze. "I normally can do that... But when you're constantly reminded of what someone did by a scar that you're forced to cover, or dealing with with that b*****d when you know that he's the reason on why you're constantly having to run or leave, or just leave everything behind. That man is nothing more than a murderer, but those who know it can't or won't do anything about it... How do I put that behind me, Monty?"

Monty stared right into Kalore's eyes. "What you do is, face it and then move on looking forward rather than backwards. There is nothing you can do to change the past but you can shape your future." The demon didnt take his gaze from Kalore's, burning his eyes into the elf.

The elf didn't stop watching him as he smiled a bit, "I've tried... But I need an answer, and the only person who has it won't give it up. Then he sucks up to me and asks me for favors. I can't deal with that, Monty and he knows it. So he retaliates in ways that I can't stop."
