rave knew that he wouldn't even tell Joker. What Joker knew was nothing more than what Rave knew. Sighing softly, he nodded, muttering, "I just hope he doesn't leave or something because of this..." It was something that he had noticed. Soemthing would happen and Kalore would just leave a group, no matter how happy he was there. Never had it been because of relationships though. It was always because of something else. But what it was, and why, Rave didn't know.
Shaking his head, Kalore sighed, still speaking softly, "You seem sure that I can't do the team thing... and obviously I'm pissing you off and others are probably mad too... If you want I can just see if I can be placed far away or something..." Or if anything he would quit. Kyin would probably find a way to make it so that he had to. Just like he had done with everything else... Kalore shoved those thoughts out of his mind.
Thinking of things like that is why this was happening, even though his reasonings weren't as bratty and spoiled as they seemed at first. he had a reason for what he was doing, but at the same time... Why would they understand if even Rave didn't know his reasons? And Kalore would probably only tell Monty... but why tell him? There was no reason to... the demon didn't care... Wouldn't care... And he didn't want to bother Monty more than he already had.
Shaking his head, he sighed softly. "Never mind... I'm already bothering you enough..." He stood up, grabbed his jacket that held the swords and didn't even look over as he muttered, "Where do you want these? Then I'll just get out of your hair."

Forcing himself up, the demon went over to slap the swords out of Kalore's hands and grabbed the elf by the throat. "If you keep imagining the worst out of my team, I'll break your wind pipe where you stand. I don't give to flying f*cks if Rave kills me. He can damn well try." He snarled and let Kalore go. "If you can find better than us, then go. Otherwise, your not quitting at all." The demon turned around and dragged his feet towards his bed, getting slower with each step since he lost a large amount of blood.
Gambler sighed and closed her eyes. "It's his choice if he leaves us. I can't do anything but persuade him to stay but that wouldn't be enough." She murmured.

Hugging the woman close, Rave spoke softly. "Something to know about Kalore... He's always wanted to be in a team... has been in many... but something always drove him away from them... away from friends." He kissed her cheek. "I don't know why though, but that's what I'm worried about. If he does leave... then I'll kick his a**..." In that aspect, rave could persuade him probably better than Gambler, but who knew?
Kalore clawed at his throat for a moment, instinctively touching the marks that were there. Sighing softly, he just nodded slowly. He wasn't thinking badly about Gambler's group though. They were an awesome set of people and a group that he would love to be a part of. Sighing softly, he muttered, "Your group is amazing... they're not who I'm worried about, Monty..." Another sigh and soon the man was picking up the swords, automatically cleaning up the mess that was made by habit of just being neat.

"Oh? Then why be a coward in wanting to quit?" He growled, glaring at him over his shoulder and scowled. "Leave my damn weapons alone." He snapped.
Gambler sighed and shrugged. "Then whatever happens happens and I hope we have the means to help out. Or you since Kalore likes you more." She touched his cheek lightly, caressing his jawline.

He continued to keep her close as he kissed her cheek. "So... I don't know what to do about this." Another sigh and he shrugged. "but for now I don't want to think too much about it."
Kalore sighed, not taking bait or anything. "Because... Monty, I've..." He shook his head, "Never mind. I don't want to quit... But who knows?" Keeping the weapons where they were, he just cleaned up the blood instead, sighing softly as he washed his hands. "Just rest, okay? Get better for the fight or whatever..." It was amazing that Kalore was still caring about the demon in a way.

Growling, he turned to pin Kalore where he was with a intense gaze. "You aren't going no where damn you. We fix this now because I won't be here later to do it." He said, really considering on putting in to help out at another area for a while to get some more pay and alliances. Yet things between him and Kalore couldn't be like this. His damned conscience was trying to kick him in the rear.
"I agree. Is there anything I can do to take your mind off all the stressful things?" She asked softly and kissed his chin lightly.

Rave chuckled softly. "I don't know..." He kissed her softly. "Surprise me. You seem like someone who can think of something that could entertain both of us." He continued to smile at her, holding her close. Unlike the other characters that this author possessed, his mind wasn't constantly around sex or something perverted. Rave didn't mind doing anything as long as he could be with the woman he cared so much about.
Being hit with that intense gaze forced Kalore to remember why he had fallen for Monty. Sighing softly, he nodded. "Okay." Why was he being this submissive? He didn't know, but Kalore knew that he wanted to be with him, badly. "How do we fix this though?"

"For one, you have to bloody well know that everyone in this group would kill for you." He growled and crossed his arms lightly. "There isn't a single one of us who would kill someone if they looked at you in the wrong way." He stated, the truth shown in his eyes.
Gambler sighed and smiled slightly. Though the thing with this authors characters is that they splitted the thought of sex with fighting and taking care of others and intelligence. Though at the moment, this character wanted her damn rest and then she would have her wicked way with Rave later. "How about we just take a long nap and then I'll reward you for being so nice to me afterwards?"

Rave chuckled softly, pulling her close as he nodded. "I like the sound of that, Gambler." he kissed her temple, keeping the woman close to him as he continued to smile a bit more. he knew that the two got along great, and he was thankful for that. Rave didn't think that most people liked him when it really came down to it, but that was okay. All that mattered was that he was with the woman.
Sighing softly, Kalore looked down. "I know... Like I said, it's stupid that I did that." He sighed softly again, but he didn't know what to do. Another soft sigh and he didn't know what to say. He had a feeling that he should probably tell him why he did that, but he just couldn't bring up the memory. Kalore's fingers traced his scars on his neck from under the bandages, making him sigh softly.

Frowning slightly, the demon followed the movement of Kalore touching his neck. "Did I hurt you?" He whispered softly, wanting to throw himself into the hellfires for doing so. If he didn't, then he would still throw himself into the hellfires.
Gambler smiled. "Could you take off your top? I want you feel your skin and you to be more comfortable." She yawned and rubbed her eyes, unable to keep herself awake any longer.

Chuckling softly, Rave slowly unbuttoned his shirt, folding it, and placing it on the floor. he was such a neat freak. Now that it was off, his tribal tattoo on his chest moving onto his arm was visible against his pale skin. Kissing her softly, Rave pulled Gambler closer to him, smiling a bit at her. "Is this better?"
Kalore blinked, looking back up as he quickly shook his head. "What? Oh, no no. You didn't... You surprised me but..." He tried to stop touching his neck, but Kalore just wanted to spill over why he acted how he did, but how did someone start that? Monty probably wouldn't care... He didn't think on those lines though. Sighing softly, he looked at the man, "It's just something else... memories, you know?"

"Liar." Monty growled and sat down on his bed, laying back with a sigh. He felt so much better now that he was on something more comfortable. Patting spot next to him, he motioned Kalore to come. "You will stay or else I'll chain you to my bed and you won't like it."
Gambler chuckled and opened her eyes to look at Rave over with an approving nod. "Much better." She trailed her fingers over his tattoo lightly, sighing. "That's so freaking cool." Kissing his lips very lightly, she snuggled close with her eyes shutting. "Let's take a nap, sweetheart." She murmured.

Smiling a bit at her, rave kissed the woman softly, laying down as he brought her close, laying her slightly on top of him. "You're comfortable, Gambler." He continued to smile a bit, kissing her cheek as they both got comfortable. "rest well, Gambler."
He sighed softly, his fingers seeming to be glued to his neck as he went and sat beside him. "I'm not lying, Monty... You didn't hurt me that bad on my neck... It was the shock more than anything..." But then he talked about being chained up, and Kalore couldn't help but smile a bit. "And I would like it in any other circumstance?" He would, but that wasn't the point.

"I believe you would. Don't try to deny it. You proved your curiousity when you wanted to know more about my torture devices." He said, closing his eyes. The image of Kalore in chains messed him up. It was the kind of image that was hard to get out and would haunt him forever because he had to admit to himself, Kalore was beautiful beyond belief.
Gambler smiled slightly and nuzzled his a bit. "Sleep well, my dear." She whispered and was soon falling, falling, falling into a restful sleep that she needed and could only be achieved with Rave to bring her peace of mind.

There was a small blush on his face as Kalore was thankful that his hair could hide his face. "I wouldn't... there's no reason to be in chains... Um... no reason to like it..." But the more he thought about it then the more it was appealing. Sighing softly, Kalore glanced over, biting his lip. "Um.... no comment now... I'm just digging a hole..."
