Cara turned slightly at the voice, a small smirk upon her lips as she said, "Sounds like you are either underestimating me, or you are overestimating my powers." she gripped her sword a little tighter and continued, "Want to find out if anything that you said is correct?"

Lyra Tyr Lina lowered her head slightly before glancing at the beginning of the training session and then turned towards the entrance, "I must go. Kiran's second teacher must be found..." she began walking as she said, "I'll need you along with Remus to help me." she knew that Remus could hear her easily, so there was no need to say this louder. Following Lina a little ways, Othello replied to her. "Alright, I can do that." He then turned to watch the fight between Quinn and Kiran.

Enfuri After a questioning glance at the others in the area, she moved out and towards Quinn with hesitant steps. She wasn't sure quite what he was asking, though drew her poi out of their pockets, and quickly switched the heavy ends for lighter bean bags. This was as much a test of Quinn as a test of Kiran, so to start she tried a horizontal swing of the right poi at gut level, keeping the left free and spinning if she needed it. Kiran would not use her magic to start with, until she knew if she would need it or not.
"Kiran, I said attack me! Don't hold anything back!"
Quinn casted the readied haste spell, increasing his own speed several times over. At that point it was easy to dodge the incoming poi, and Quinn did so with ease as he spun, almost like it was a dance, to the left. Then, without losing any momentum, Quinn casted an Ice spell, sending shards of ice flying at Kiran.
"If you hold back, things won't work at all."

An amused gleam came in her eyes, but nothing else showed as Kanna walked out of the shadows, her fans opened only slightly, "I have no wish to fight you, but ask you a simple question. Will you help me awaken Seine?"

Remus turned and began walking after Lina. He grabbed Othello's collar and began pulling him along. "No time to watch smart one, she wants us to follow."

Kiran dropped her right shoulder and barely ducked beneath the ice shards, surprised at his sudden increase of speed. She didn't notice her cousin dragging Othello out, which was at least one point for her. No loss of focus. It almost made up for underestimating the opponent. Almost.
"Fine!" She said, using a slight bit of wind to increase the speed of both poi as she came at Quinn again, feinting another right horizontal before bringing the left at him from below.

Brascus Remus turned and began walking after Lina. He grabbed Othello's collar and began pulling him along. "No time to watch smart one, she wants us to follow." Othello grabbed at Remus's hand and then pulled it off of him in a sort of jerk. "You know how I am Remus... I'll follow along, but don't pull me like that. A verbal poke is all I need."

Cara blinked before saying, "Seine? Why should I do that? Try asking the people who are trying to do that in the first place, the Lotus or whatever they're called? Besides, what's in it for me?"

Lina shook her head as she heard that, the door slowly opening for them. She closed her eyes slightly as the wind blew and began to search for Kanna's presence. She had sensed it before after she had released the power within the crystal shards. It was filled with the essence of the wind, which wasn't much of a surprise. Kanna was Seine's apprentice afterall.
There it was. It was faint but..she could sense it still.
"We must hurry," Lina said, taking to the rooftops and moving quickly towards the forest, "She isn't alone."

"Wonderful, Kiran!" Quinn called out, excited by the battle, "Now what to do if I do this!"
Quinn tossed his staff into the air and made it spin violently. It spun so much that the wind started to pick up slightly. At that point, Quinn sent a Lightning bolt into the staff, and as expected, the lightning was scattered all over the area by the spinning rod. It rained lightning all over the room with the exception of under the Staff, where Quinn stood.

Remus nodded to Othello. "My apologies." Then he turned back to Lina as he heard her. He muttered to himself under his breath. "Just once I'd like it to be easy..."

She tried to dodge back and took one jolt to the shoulder before she realized the area beneath the staff wasn't receiving any lightning. Kiran then leapt forward towards Quinn, bringing one poi up to knock down the staff while she aimed at his chest with the other, ignoring the pain of the lightning for now. If she missed with the weapon, the rest of her was coming right at Quinn, propelled by a wall of air that only added to her speed.

Kanna looked at the girl's sword before saying, "More power than you can ever dream of, and maybe even your life." the fans opened comepletely as she raised one of them into the air, "Either of which can be given easily."

"You notice your surroundings, a sign of a good fighter!" Quinn called out as Kiran flew at him, "But it will only get you so far!"
Not having time to collect his staff and dodge, Quinn chose to dodge first and then get the staff. Kiran's poi sent the staff across the room and it stuck into the ground. With it in that state, it wouldn't be able to move on its own, making Quinn's life a little harder. Still though, better then being flattened.
Quinn spun to the right, having the extra speed from the Haste spell backing him up. If it weren't for the Haste spell, Quinn wouldn't have been able to survive at all. As he moved, two fireballs appeared in Quinn's hands.
"Lets play with Fire!" He yelled as he threw the balls of flame at Kiran.
