It resembles an avatar he occasionally sports. There's no profile for this character, nor do its appearances ever have any significance to the plot occuring at the time. He only interacts with certain characters for a few brief posts, alluding to some mysterious thing or another, then disappears again, only to reappear ten, twenty, fifty, one hundred pages later and do it again.

I'm asking if anyone knows anything at all about it. If you don't, you don't have to answer.
