Kailani finally made it to shore after swimming away from her beloved kingdom Pobreteron..to Paloma Beach. Her family seal necklace started glowing once she felt the new sand on her scales..the necklace glowed more and more until it covered her whole body....once the transformation was completed she ran for a good hiding spot to get dressed in her human clothes.
After she was in the clear, she started walking to the nearest town not knowing what to expect she headed in the only cafe shop in town. She grabbed every map and booklet that she could find to find out more about the Paloma Beach and what treasures it has in store for her.
After being the cafe for so long she wondered out to the streets and back to the beach she just spent learning about...she found the perfect rock to rest on and to just stare at the wonderful blue water..."Did I make the right choice Ava..? I just want to be happy..." she whispers to herself as she grabs tightly on her necklace.."You would know what to do Kaia...I miss you.."
After sitting on the rock for a couple of hours...
"I should find a place to stay..if I sleep in the water Ava will know where I am right away" She walked back to the town and wonders around looking for a cheap place to stay...

After a couple of hours looking for a place to stay....
"Screw it..I'll sleep at the beach. I never had a bed to sleep in for my whole life, why stop now?" Kailani walked back to the beach and was able to find a perfect spot, right next to the water and a soft sandy place. She sat down on the soft sand and made a pillow with her jacket. She smiled as she watched the sun go down under the ocean and a flashback strucked before her......"KAILANI!! WATCH OUT!" Kaia swam as fast as she could to save her sister from the net being wrapped around her finn...
Kailiani smile went away fast because she can't remember anything else from that horrible night..She laid her head on the pillow she made while she just stares at the beautiful stars come out.."Kaia..I'm sorry." Tears start flowing down her face..

Kailani sat upright when she heard someone coming closer to her. She look right up at the stranger and wipes her tears right away."Ya..I'm fine. I'm just new here" She tries to get off a fake smile. "Is it not okay that I can sleep here??"
She stood up on her feet but they began to become weak causing her to fall right back down.

She takes her hand but then her necklace started to glow brighter and brighter. "Ava..you did something to my necklace?!" The glow covered her whole body and she was back to her old self. Once the transformation was completed she had no choice to flop back down.
Her eyes went right to the girl's eyes and in panic, she fled back to the sea but had the top of her head sticking out of the water so she could still see the girl..

Kailani never felted this nervous as she never showed her true form in front of a human before.With all the horror stories her father told her, she stayed silent in the water staring down the human, wondering what she'll do...
After some time, she finally spoke "What are you going to do to me...?"
