By my calculations I only reach. +17 +11 for your +2 full blade +2 for the target being bloodied due to Blood Hunt and Diabolic Transformation. +2 from combat advantage +1 from charging +1 from Twyla's Aura

I remembered the temp buff on the full blade as increased 'by' +2 not 'to'. Woops. sweatdrop

I was going to ask last night but I'm currently sick with a cold so I turned in early. I'll go ahead and post something (but go ahead and post if you read this and get yours ready before mine).
