Ok townies, there's only one way this can happen. We all have to vote for the same person. That's the only way we can get a lynch. If the lynch doesn't pass, that's it, game over. So we need a true to life, completely honest role call. You have nothing to hide anymore:
One of you is the doctor. You can keep yourself safe.
The other is the bomb. The mafia won't lynch you at this point, it's not worth it to them to lose another member.
I'm the serial killer, so the mafia can't lynch me even if they wanted to (and they do.)
Let's get everything settled plain and simple.

At the same time, all of the mafia has to vote on a lynch for Rhed.
It will come down to a vote tie, and the whole game will come down to a coinflip. If we win the coinflip, Rhed dies and we win. If we lose the coinflip, one of us dies by lynch as well as by Serial Killing, and we lose the game.
