Meiko nods as she tried to keep herself steady. She has a lot of fears, but she had one fear that no one knew except for her parents and herself. "I-I'm ready, professor." Meiko says to him.

When Meiko gave me the signal I flicked my wand at the wardrobe and the lock snapped open. When the door started top open I stepped out of the way and said, "Good luck Meiko and remember channel your fear into something funny."

As I strode into the classroom I flicked my wand at the blackboards, the chalk sprang up and started to write out this week’s assignment for each of the class years. While the chalk zoomed back and forth across the board I turned to the class and explained each spell as it appeared on the board.

”The Full Body-Bind Curse is a handy spell in the wizard’s arsenal, it allows a witch or wizard to fully, for a lack of better word, freeze an opponent in place, giving them to opportunity to flee, or attack without having to worry about return fire.

Immobulus is rather similar to the Full Body-Bind Curse, as it hinders your opponent from moving in some fashion. Where the body-bind curse forces the arms and legs together as if glued cause’s them to fall over in the process, Immobulus act’s as if your opponent was stuck over the head with a hammer, stopping them instantly in their tracks.

Flipendo is a simple offensive spell that knocks objects and opponents back. In a way it’s like Stupefy but you won’t be able to stun and or knock people out with Flipendo. However if you use the spell enough times are smaller weaker enemies you may be able to bring them to their knees as it were.

Bombarda can be used for many different things; to blast though objects, to cause an explosion for a distraction, and or as a means to create and obstacle in an attacker’s path.

Langlock is a useful spell to have in ones arsenal, since it forces your opponent into non-verbal combat. Langlock basically ‘glues’ their tongues to the roof of their months preventing them from speaking properly. Giving you an advantage especially if your opponent is not proficient in non-verbal spells.

Confundo falls into the category of spells that give you an edge in combat. In this cause it cause’s your opponent to become dazed and confused allowing you to either escape while they try to pull themselves back together or follow through with another attack, while there defense is down.

Protego Totalum is the most powerful personal shield charm that a wizard or witch has at their disposal. This form of the Protego charm will stop all attacks from getting through to the caster. Well not all spells, since some Dark Magic spells can’t be block by magical means.”

With my semi-long winded explanation of the spells complete I had the students get to their feet, and once again sent the desks floating toward the ceiling to make room for more practice space. With another flick I caused a large pile of pillows to appear so the 4th years could practice there spell. Returning my attention to the class I said, ”Alright let’s get started now, break up into partners if your spell requires it and get to work.”
