A swirl of mist, slowly began to appear and drifted into existence. The droplets of water began to change shape, and form into a figure. I figure who has not set foot in this office for quite some time. The man had white hair, and brown eyes. He wore the standard jounin vest of the mist, but he also bore the mask of mist ANBU across his face. It was a normal white mask but had blue triangle like tears bellow the eyes. The ANBU had a katana across his back and ninja pouches full of gear. This man for some reason or another bore three head bands. One with long straps tied around his head, another around one arm, and the last around his belt. Any one could clearly tell he was ready for combat. Yet, there laid an atmosphere about that man, one could almost taste it. It was a bitter taste, one of depression, loss, failure. The man slowly dragged his self to the chair that was always there. The wooden chair which no one took in any detail was always set to the left of the Mizukages desk. It was positioned next to the coffee maker for one thing, but most importantly it was place so that any projectiles thrown at the mizukage from most anywhere in the room could be intercepted by the man in that chair. As the man reached it, he slumped down almost exhausted and dazed. Seemingly in his own world of failure. Thus was the return of Tares Demascus, Mist Jounin Commander and ANBU Captain.

Hatsuharu had arrived at the Palace, but he was told by an ANBU guard that the Mizukage was gone. Hatsuharu looked to the ground in disappointment and walked off. He sat against a nearby tree and merely gazed at the magnificent structure that only someone like the Lord Mizukage was deserving of.

[Ooc: I just need to convince Luo to use an NPC or a Clone to allow me to advance in Rank to Genin. Until then, I'll be sitting here.... Ugh.]

"I'd greatly appreciate it if you didn't have to eat people around me. It's kinda gross." he said as he turned his head away in disgust. Though he was disgusted by her, he still found her as a friend in a way. Just not one that he gets along with well.

Hatsuharu glared at her as she disrespected the Mizukage. "You may have your reasons to dislike someone like the Mizukage, but you should at least show your respect to him. Hatred and disrespect are two different things and disrespect is the one I don't tolerate." he said in anger as he used his Bloodline's ability and his right arm doubled in mass and he gained superhuman strength. "Don't speak out in such a manner that is so disrespectful. Keep it to yourself."

"Like I said. I know that you may have your reasons, but you should still hold your tongue." he spoke out. In the eyes of Hatsuharu, the Lord Mizukage was highly respected, even though he had done horrible things in the past. "Just shut up... I don't want my patch to malfunction again... It gets ugly..." If Hatsuharu's Mood Controller Patch was either removed during a time of stress or if he was put under too much stress, he'd turn into a monster that would go on a murderous rampage.

Hatsuharu quickly got angry. He stood up and punched right through a nearby tree. It was completely ripped apart. Hatsuharu's patch was on the brink of malfunctioning and he couldn't risk it. "I'm leaving!!" he shouted and he increased the muscle mass of his legs and quickly bolted away.
