@UchihaNadare: DENIED. NINJUTSU IS NOT A F***ING NINJA CLASS!!!!!!!! (Sorry to blow up like that. Nothing against you personally, its just that the last 6 profiles have made that mistake.) Go to the shinobi types topic at the bottom of the new members subforum for a list of ninja classes. You cannot say you have faster hand signs, taijutsu, and chakra control just because you want to. We have speed, taijutsu specialist, and chakra control all as ninja classes, but you can only choose 2. TAKE OFF THAT SUMMONING. I just get onto people about summonings since I'm in charge of them, but you cannot start out with a summon, even if it is your personal weapon. Why does your weapon say "Connected becomes midrange?" Do the swords connect by a hook or something? If they do, they need to be submitted as a custom weapon. Finally, Why did you take the last name Uchiha, when you dont even have an application pending for the sharingan? (And by the looks of your profile, arent planning on it either.) Did you just want the last name but none of the Uchiha clan benefits? I suppose you could just be an Uchiha who never gets the Sharingan if you want, but if you want the Sharingan, you have to apply for it. @Assembly: This is the Kind of profile that gets approved immediatley! No overpowered objects, no extra jutsu, and all the rules were carefully read. One comment, The chakra is medium level. I know that the "Huge chakra reserves" is misleading, In fact I was slightly mislead by it too, but high chakra levels go to clan heads and demons only. Change that (You dont have to resubmit, just edit) and I say  @Fear: Ithough I already approved this, but now that I look at it, there are a few things. First off, you havent submitted an application for the Hyuuga clan, so say that its "Pending", meaning that you may keep the name Hyuuga and even the white eyes, but you may not use the Byakugan or Jyuuken. That, and until you are accepted, your chakra level is low. Please change and resubmit.

The Moukogawa clan had once been a proud member of Kirigakure's Shinobi forces. During the Bloodline Massacre and the following attack by the Kaguya family, they were used as cannon fodder to near total annihilation. Furthermore because of the protesting by the, then, clan head They were driven out of Kirigakure no sato. What little remained of the once powerful clan traveled and performed freelance work in order to support themselves. Finally to settle the minds of the clan members and to insure the clans continued legacy, Moukogawa Kenshi, chose to Start the clan anew in Konohagakure. Many years later, a child was born into the family, whose affinity to Suiton techniques was far higher than had ever been recorded in Clan history. This child was the nephew and adopted son of The current clan leader, Moukogawa Kenshi the 3rd, and his name was Kensei. Kensei Trained hard to become a great shinobi, just like his two Heroes, Moukogawa Kenshi the first and Tobirama Senju the Nidaime hokage.

@Duck: Looks, good, but before I say yay or nay, have you already submitted an RPC? It's probably just me, but I think I saw an RPC made by you already.
For your weakness, are you saying that you choose to never get another element? Because you can unlock a second element at Chuunin and a third at Jounin?
Finally, You talked a lot about your clan in your backstory, and how your suiton was super powerful or something like that. Your clan doesnt have some sort of secret power or extra power when using a certain element, do they? If they did, you would need to make a custom clan.
Those were just some questions I have, other than that it looks good.
And a general announcement, THE GREAT NATION OF IWAGAKURE NEEDS MEMBERS. Just sayin.

I submitted one but I noticed several huge mistakes and deleted it immediately after in order to do a complete re-haul. I admit to mentioning the clan quite often, but no, the clan was merely a large family that had no special abilities. Essentially I wrote it with the intention of developing the character then creating a custom clan with custom jutsu, that my character creates as the family techniques. He'll be the major influence on the family for years to come. On the weakness, I was planning on making one of the negative effects for joining the clan that you can only ever achieve two elements and gain your second at Jounin level. The mentioning of affinity to suiton techniques being higher than ever recorded in clan history, was an indirect way of incorporating the Elemental control(suiton) Shinobi option into the back story.

Ok, thats all good, but if your going to make your custom clan limited to two elements, then I suggest giving them an affinity to something else, like taijutsu or endurance. But anyway,

Just a few small things.
You can start out with an element in addition to your steam, since steam is a Kekkei Genkai, but I want it to be either fire or water. That will also be a rule for your clan: The two chakra elements for members of this clan MUST be fire and water, for that is the requirements for the 5th Mizukage's boil release jutsus in the Manga.
Yours special skills 1) Just because you have a high IQ does not mean you get the combo users advantage. If ou want that take it as a shinobi type. 2) If you invent any new tools or weapons, they have to be approved in the custom weapons/technology thread, depending on what it is.

no, no, no, the steam release is a combination of fire and water, which means you start with fire, water, and steam, but you don't get a third element until jounin
