In her frantic quest for the stolen cuffs, Nyxa ungracefully dove to tackle Luc, wedging herself under Yasu's seat. Oh, this was just perfect. And the little monster would have been laughing at her if he could, she just knew it. So there she was, wedged under Yasu's chair, a** up and skirt disgracefully migrating north. With a pitiful moan she slammed her fist on the floor. "This. Is. So. Embarassing."

Nyxa's fist hitting the floor caused Luc to skitter away, cuffs still in his mouth. He was quite ungainly on his feet, and in an attempt to stop himself he slammed into the door with a decisive crash.

Wryly Nyxa smiled, shaking her head as she turned to sit up, "I'm fine. I just have to admit that I never thought that those cuffs would see this much excitement here on the island, even if it's not the type of excitement they're intended for." She grunted. Screw it. Luc could keep the cuffs. "Those ones are all slobbery, I'm sure. I just can't believe he ganked them from me." She, too, was oblivious to the knocking on the door. This was freakin' fabulous. "I'm not one for cuffs, myself. Silken ties are my preference." Oh, you go girl. Something good had to come out of this.

Luc was the champion!! Even though his butt hurt from the bash with the door, he was WINNAR. Prancing about, he couldn't help himself from wiggling in excitement.

"I can take him tonight if you'd like." She chuckled and rubbed her forehead. "I can't really think of anything. Except chocolate." Nyxa peered over at Luc and Osu, shaking her head with a small smile. "Yes. That sounds heavenly." That and a nice dip in the bathhouse would be nice. Now that Luc had someone to occupy him, she would have a bit of time to herself. >>;

Luc did indeed take the bait, bracing himself and pulling back on the other end of the cuffs. His tail thrashed in giddy delight, his little rump up in the air. He'd missed Osu the past week or so, and he was a happy camper now that he had his best buddy around.

((Oh, it's no problem. My introduction was impromptu anyways. Perhaps another time. ^^))

Fae was at the last step headed home before she heard the door open. She turned around and saw Ieyasu, adding in a quick wave without thought. "Evening, Ieyasu- er, bye!" o_o Looking back over to see if Nyxa was there, Fae waved Pueblo oer to her. "C'mon, it's getting dark anyway." Ah well, better get her spoils another time when people arn't dressing for bed already.

Nyxa's home was oddly silent, blissfully so. The door opened slowly, a sleepy-looking Nyxa peered out at Ieyasu before a smile broke over her lips. "Ahh, you're back." She swung open the door and waited for him to enter, holding a finger over her lips. "They're passed out on the couch." As usual, after hours of constant play, Luc and Osu had tangled up in a large pile on the couch, which had turned into their routine sleeping spot.

Curiously Nyxa eyed the bag that he carried, closing the door behind him after he was inside.

Nyxa couldn't help but roll her eyes, taking the bag from him with a smile. Setting the bag on the table, she shook her head, "They haven't always been that quiet. There were times in the middle of the night they'd wake me up from romping about. They don't sleep for long, really, just enough to regain their energy before they're off again." She chuckled, turning her attention back to the bag.

Mmm, presents. "He's a good little gryphon, your Osu. He never got in trouble, but he is a bit of a troublemaker. I think that's why he's such great friends with Luc. They're both naughty at times."

"Mm." With an eager expression, Nyxa dug into the bag. First removed were two white boxes with fancy script. She opened the first one to reveal a divine-looking chocolate pyramid. Nyxa's eyes widened in joy. "Ohhh man. This is going to be heavenly." It was likely she'd covet the chocolates. It probably wasn't good for kids or gryphons anyway, right? Hah.

The next box, similar to the first, contained a delicious looking cylindrical chocolate with three divine layers. "Ieyasu. You're spoiling me," she sing-songed, looking horribly giddy. Yesyes, that would have to be locked away, as well.

Diving back into the bag, she removed the last box. Cardboard, not nearly as fancy as the others. Carefully she opened it to reveal a maneki neko good luck figurine in white, pink and yellow. "Adorable," she squealed, carefully setting it on a windowpane, somewhere it was sure to be safe.

She peered back into the bag, brows raising as she removed the final package. It was wrapped securely in some sort of cellophane, and as she opened it she realized what it was. Blasted man. She held the silver-blue silk tie in her hand and turned to face him, "Mmphgh?" It wasn't any sort of sound, but her eyes were nearly bugging out of her head. "You're going to pay, 'Yasu." Oh, and how.
