...I think the rest just got really busy with their own lives. Alot of veteran members seem to be dissapearing for those things lately.
....heyyy, nobody really answered my question about student years... I'm all afraid to mess with my Hufflepuff student listing now O_o

Student years stay the same.
Anything that was change before the Winter term
stays. Except new members who have been sorted.
They are technically first years.
As much as I hate to say this, I'll leave all the cleanup stuff
to KT when she returns. I don't know if I can handle that. I'll just
see if KT needs help or not
@Grey: Unfortunatley they are all disappearing on us.
But we are trying to get back up. Things seem to be going fine
for now.

So Angil, I back you completely on re-organizing everything. Now I'm wondering about
1) years, for people who won't be sorted
2) House points from this term and last term or whatever term that was for.
Will add more later
3) New mods/old mods
Should we do this after the contest that has been planned?

Yes. But we need to start now, we also need to impliment a list of new members, and start accepting members the first of each month, so we know what's going on.

Mmmk. If we can. I'd like to organize all the members on our list by when they joined. Prior to 2007, I'd like to simply put what year they joined, as some members has banning immunity....Pirate Pinkie, Grey_Temerity, Invictus_88, and a few others will never be banned as long as I have say in this guild. Then starting this January, I want to sort them by month, if we can, and also include # of posts...

I agree with that. The people who started this guild shouldn't be ousted.
How about an acceptance day every two weeks?
As far as your sorting thing: That's how KT does it now. It would be difficult to go back and find the join date of all those members so I agree prior to 2007 year only.
Now what do you mean by month and # of posts? I think I understand that but it's not clear enough for me to be really sure.

like, we sort the members by what month they joined, and then write the # of posts in this guild beside their name. an those who havnt posted within the next month or so will be removed.
