Wow sakura, that is absolutely amazing <3]and don't worry, the patterns even out the picture. If you do some crazy detailed background, the whole picture would be too cluttered and you'd go crazy [or maybe that's just me and my pictures DDDD;] My WIP that I'm STILL working on ;A;

 sakura: woah, sooo awesome *o* the patterns really work, it's all so pretty, andand i love the colours, they're so not-greyish! purdoy: your art usually does so don't worry xD i am so fuuukin inexperienced at chibis >.< messed up eyes (as expected) so i slapped on lots of sparklies <3

This thread is always full of awesome. ninja It's so cool to see progresses. 70% finished, I think? I'm terrible at gauging my own progress. gonk Gonna add some people in the background as well as a petticoat (possibly...) on the character, and work on all the other unfinished parts.

Bella: I love the way you drew his face. Reminds me a little of Cooro from the manga +Anima -- boyish, seemingly innocent but in fact rather mischievous!
Oh man, I need to finish my auction arts gonk It's not that I'm dreading the work; I'm looking forward to working on them, but I'm just so swamped with stuff right now.
Ienahria: Thanks! The character didn't take too long, but painting the background (simple as it may seem) took forever. I kind of didn't know what I was doing, so I spent a lot of time just messing around, hoping it'd stop sucking.
