Hearing this commotion, he opened an eye just in time to see a shurikan miss his head. Calming himself he remembered that he was told to meditat and until told otherwise he would keep on doing it. While hoping not to die.
Whoa that was close... come on calm yourself down Odkut, don't lose your head
He laughed at his silly pun before returning to meditation.

Not knowing whether it was a spar between the students, or the students and the teacher he decided to take a chance. He knew that Odkut was on the rock meditating, and that he would be drowning out all surrounding distractions. Reaching up through the rock he pulled Odkut into it until only his head and neck where outside of it. While Odkut may not have noticed, he was sure that the Sensei would. He doubted Sensei Kaimen wanted to kill them, so any attack he did to Odkut would simply knock him around quite a bit. However, if the spar was between himself and Odkut then the match was pretty much over, as he could use any type of attack and finish him off where he was. Standing infront of the rock Deaden flexed his clawed hand, clearing the peices of dirt from between the joints.
He had a 100% chance that this plan would reveal what type of spar this was, but only a 50/50 chance of him being able to counter act the appropriate spar that was happening. Suddenly the only other sollution sliced its way into his mind. It was not simply students versus teacher, or even student versus student. It could also be student versus teacher versus student. A large battle royal, where everyone would survive, but he doubted anyone would like giving up.

s**t man i hate this, Zanshuu!
with this he used the same jutsu that trapped him there, since he was maditating he had no clue who did it so, he made three clones and had them go after each of the people here, including Kaimen.
i'll wait for some one to block to attack. the first to block i will come out of the ground and hit them with sabaka (energy drain), i may not get the energy but at leat they loss it and it's non-fatal, too bad i can't do it well.
he breathed a sigh of frustration as he unleased the attack.

Truthfully, Kaimen wan't even in the room, he was on the roof, waiting for the girl to realize what was happening in that stone garden. Quietly he sketched a few images into his notepad and waited, his chakra was undetectble as he stared into the sky.

~kuro's new sensei was quite good, and he was glad he gave him a chance in this place. upon arriving at the Tsuchi dojo, kuro would only glance around to find anyone or anything~

Spotting the clones he used the Shadow clone Jutsu. His two clones left to fight the other two, while he blocked the thirds attacks. He never let it come to close, but he apparently couldn't hit it either. Reaching out through the earth, a new found affinity, he tried to find something that would aid him.

when his clone was stopped Odkut carried out the second phase, he came out of the ground right behind his target and struck him in the back of the knee and then put his left arm around the neck. when the victim fell he put his right hand over the face and started the drain small amounts of chakra.

Releasing the Kawarimi no jutsu (Body substitute skill)Deaden allowed Odkut to see that he had attacked and was draining the chakra of his own clone. Opening his eyes behind Odkut Deaden raised his hands and performed a group of complicated hand signs. "Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu" he said.(Chakra Absorbtion) A black glow enveloped his right hand as he grasped Odkut's head, his hand enveloping the back of his head. As he began to absorb Odkut's chakra he pulled out his dragon claws and connected them onto his hands, he wanted to be prepaired if anything went wrong.
The Chakra Absorbtion Jutsu allowed him to immobilize his opponent for a few minutes and drain their chakra, absorbing it for himself. Unfortunatly the jutsu cost a great amount of chakra in and of itself, so its main use was to stall for time and drain them of energy, his physical exhaustion would not be replaced no matter what.

using his bloodeline limit he melted into an inky blackness and the grip on him lost, using this to his advantage Odkut fled to the shadows and prepared his assault, with rock and metal kunai launced from seemingly everywhere.

~kuro would only watch from a distance as the two men were going at it. from what he could see the man turning into the blackk ooz, seemed to have a understandable escape, but the other man seemed he could outsmart him with his eys closed and hands tied. grinning kuro would take a seat in the trees as watching the fight seemed to be quite enjoying~

Suddenly a black aura surrounded Deaden as he spun.
"Bringer of Darkness Jutsu," though no hand signs could be distinguished the effects where immediate. For over one hundred feet in all directions a darkness gripped everything. The outcome of Odkut's kunai was a toss up, as no one but the user of the Bringer of Darkness Jutsu could see within its empty tomb. Suddenly thirteen kunai shot a Odkut from all directions, mixed and matched with thirteen shuriken.
