The insane man jumped and rushed to the door, blinking in surprise at Kit's sudden appearance. "Kit. What are you doing here?" He smiled but then frowned as she wasn't looking like his normal Kit...Correction, as she wasn't looking like her normal self. "What's the matter?"

When the door opened, Kit didn't even glance at his odd outfit. Instead, the woman was talking incredibly fast and in elvish, but she soon caught herself. Groaning, the woman pulled softly at her hair, looking around before she spoke again, in English. "Something happened with Kal and Red, it got way out of proportion, Red ripped out his heart, and now he wants to quit. No, he said he is. I don't care about that as much as I do the fact that he is NOT staying in that club!" She looked frantic, obviously hearing the last part of Kalore and Monty's 'conversation'. From the slap on, actually.

Something inside Joker went ice cold. Taking off his robe and shower cap, the man was fully dressed in work clothes underneath. "Monty is in his shed right now if you want to kill him. I'll see if Rave could come and possibly help out." Though they needed his boss to come in and shake some sense into Kalore and beat Monty up.

"Joker, I don't want him dead... I just don't understand... I heard a slap and then I heard some other things... Kalore said that he's sorry for blowing up and all that, but then Monty just said that he should be and said to not expect him." Kit was frantic. In all honesty, she didn't care if Kalore quit the group with Gambler. But what she didn't want was her friend getting stuck with two people that seriously hurt him; Eri or Kyin.
"Why were they fighting? And... like... it's not easy to quit... right? He can't just quit... just like that... right? This job is the only thing keeping him from being stuck in that club for three years straight." So that's what she was really worried about... well, one of the things, at least.

Joker grabbed Kit's arm lightly and brought her into his house, closing the door. The insane man had a grim expression on his usually cheerful face. "It's fairly easy to quit this group because Gambler can't really control our wills to stay. I mean, if she was hear for this right now, she would do all she could to convince him to stay but as really keeping in here? It's his desicion alone if he stays or goes."
Sighing, Joker paced back and forth and stopped. "I don't know where Monty and Gambler are. No doubt he has her kept somewhere but if you could take me to see Kalore, I could try and get him to stay with us." He offered, thinking that he had a pretty good chance of getting Kalore to stay rather than anyone else in the group to do so.
Like, it was Joker who got through to Dusk and through Kalore during the first major fight they had. So, hopefully he could help in some way as well.

Biting her lip, she nodded quickly. "I... I don't know why it bothers me so much, because... Like I said, I don't really care if he quits here. If he does, I'm sure he'd still talk to you, but... How and why it would happen... I don't know what caused it, and it scares me." She started to lead him over to the club, muttering. "If Kalore quits Gambler's group, he has to stay with Eri for the full amount of time. Who knows what would happen then?"

Blinking, Joker tilted his head to the side. "What is the full amount of time that he would stay if he quitted us?" He asked, not remembering or knowing the full details to this arrangement.

She bit her lip. "Because he left, it's eight years. But, they made the deal down to three or four. Eri will just make it eight years though because there's no threat from Gambler or anything if he does that, at least it wouldn't be logical." Kit looked down as they got closer to it. "I don't want that... I know that he's got some issues in groups... But..." She bit her lip a bit harder, knowing about Kyin and all that. "Does this have anything to do with Lord Kyin? Do you know?"

Joker nodded grimly. "Yes. Eldin came to the house to let us know the situation between Kalore and Kyin. They had a.....disagreement, to put it nicely, and that is when Gambler went to go and see if everyone, including Rave, was alright. Clearly things got worse when Dusk called me to say that Monty showed up, none to happy. So, Gambler had gone to stop Monty and I assume Rave did as well. It only seems right that their respective friends help them." He said and wrapped an arm around Kit in a comforting gesture. "Don't worry. Kalore won't get away easily from us." He said, smiling a bit.

She hugged him as they got in front of the club. Hugging him close, the woman bit her lip. "Okay... But..." Kit shook her head. "I don't know everything so I'll just shut up. As far as I know he's still in his room. He may be in the shower, but I don't know." They parted and she smiled at him, but it didn't reach her eyes. "I'm sorry if the elves are causing problems with their... issues." She sighed again, watching him. "They'll calm down soon enough... I hope."

Joker smiled a bit more and touched her cheek. "Sweetheart, It's no trouble at all. We like to help, even if it means using the best to get it done. I am a bit elf so this is part of me and so it is part of my group as well." He placed a kiss on her cheek and turned away to go up to Kalore's room, knocking on the door.

Before the elf wasn't talking, and now he was barely even breathing. The elf had gotten out of his shower and now was sitting on his bed, curled up onto his side as he shivered. Was it Monty again? Even though he normally would have taken this as a chance to make it up to the demon, the thought just made him shake, almost in physical pain because of his emotional pain.

Joker knocked again, slowly and loudly for the elf to hear it. "Kalore? Open the door please? It's Joker and not that retarded idiot." He said and sighed, tapping his duck slippered foot on the ground.

If Kalore was normal, he would just open the door, laugh at Joker's slippers, and then let him in. He had no problems with the insane man. But, he couldn't even get up at the moment or move to sit more comfortably instead of being on his side like this. Closing his eyes, Kalore just whispered, "What do you want?" He didn't know if he'd be heard, but he felt like his voice was gone again. It probably was starting to fade because he hadn't drunk the drink he had to to keep it up... Added to the stress, that wasn't good.

Joker sighed. "I want to talk, to listen, to be your punching bag, Kalore. I want to be your friend, if you will permit me." He said and leaned against the door. "Please? I want you to hear me out before you decide to do anything." He said, reasonably yet in a gentle tone.
