Tentae Arc: Hmm.. that's a different way to go with Jolteon.. I suppose a Shuca berry and that high defense and HP allows him to survive at least one Earthquake from non-ground types.. I did the same thing with my Arcanine. Sacrificed speed for defense and HP :3 indeed. Or I could scarf him... But, that's why I kept T-wave on him, so slow down everyone else, since they don't have a paralysis clause ^_^

Hoshioni Tentae Wow... that is a SLOW Jolteon D: Anywho, I say Kanto is the region for me. And I like many of the starters.. Blastoise Venusaur Charizard Typhlosion Meganium Sceptile Blaziken Empoleon Those guys are my favs. I say they perform well in battle and look cool to boot. well what i mean to limit them by region is like saying ooohhh but we gotta have an eeveelution or at least one winged pokemon per team too many restrictions. i say keep it as few as possible...other wise itd get too berocratic Huh? I don't know what you're trying to say. I was just defending the starters of each region I like xD People were saying the starters were suck-ish. I don't think so. I like the Region tourney idea. I'd definitely join. :3

I say the starters are great additions to any team. You say you'd rather not use them. lol I just had an Icy battle with Candice. She's not so god with her type. And I know she has to be limited so people can acually pass the game but.. I wish they had like.. a difficulty setting for advanced trainers.. where the gym leaders actually perform well..

...seriously...it's just not fair how easy these gym leaders are...even with people using static types
Tentae: would it kill them to give other pokemon those same abilities? I'd much rather have a fire type that new magma armor or flame body, I mean, rarely do my pokemon's HP even get low enough for Blaze/Torrent/Overgrow to activate.

Hoshi: And I think they stay with those types for the newbie players.. Grass, Water, and Fire are simple types to comprehend with weakness and resistence. Whereas, I still have some veteran players asking me what Dark type pokemon's weakness' are. D:
Some people STILL throw Poison attacks at steel types. ETC.
Grass is burned by fire. Fire is doused by water, plants need water to survive. A six year old will figure that out. D:
